Let's talk heart beat

When is the earliest a heartbeat can be detected? My 7 week might be at exactly 7 weeks or 6 weeks 6 days... Will it be possible?

    You should see something! I saw and heard my LO's HB when she was just a bean-looking little thing at 5w6d and it was 120 since it starts beating slowly and increases beats from there. Good luck!

    You may not be able to hear it, but you should definitely be able to see it by then!!

    Yes, you should be able to see the flicker by then. I'm planning to wait until 7 weeks this time just to be safe.

    DD1 born 5/24/10.

    Missed M/C at 14 wks Feb 2012.

    DD2 born 5/14/13.

    Missed M/C at 9 wks July 2015.

    Expecting someone new 4/17/17.

    Meant to update! Ended up being closer to 6 weeks, was in line with my bloodwork so I guess I ovulated later than I thought. Anyway, did see the heartbeat as all said above babies HR was 117 bpm. Thanks so much the confirms and experiences.
