Mora is a family name and we keep floating it around but I am not so sure. I have a hard time not picturing Jeffrey Tambor in Transparent when I think of it, although I know that isn't something that would follow her. DD is Ava, and they do seem to kind of flow. Just wanted some outside opinions. Last name sounds like twin. 
ETA: Other options we are looking at are Willa (not trolling, I swear), Marin/Maren, Vivienne, Penelope, and Martha

I'm not a fan of Mora. It's not terrible though.. Maybe middle name it? My favorite on your list is Penelope.

I like Mara or Moira more than Mora. I really like Ava and Maren together.

Thanks guys! Maren is definitely my favorite on the list, but DH is liking the longer names, which I am not a fan of with Ava, although this is the man that recently added Eva to the name list (I gave major side eye for that one). Plenty of time to figure it all out though!

Not a fan of Mora. I like all the other names on your list tho, my favorite being Maren.

Issues with Mora: when written people will wonder if the R is supposed to be an N. And when spoken aloud people will confuse it with Moira. Or Laura.

Not a fan of Mora, but I do like Mara, Moira and Maren. Perhaps a MN like Elizabeth might help your DH since it's a longer name?

I'm not really a fan of Maura, also the relative who's name it is spelled it Mora, so I think if we went with it we would have to spell it that way. I think it's off the table at this point, but I did want to see what other people thought of it. Thanks guys!
