Ticker help!

I have been trying to add a ticker for the last half hour and it isn't working. What the heck am I doing wrong?

We have two sleeping beauties in heaven.
Jack gained his wings on 09/02/2016. 
Kali gained her wings on 07/28/2015.
They will be forever missed. <3

    I couldn't get TB ticker to work, so I gave up and went to a different site for the code.  Fx it works
