Sore boobs and utter complete exhaustion. Gassy, too. As I was complaining about my symptoms yesterday, DH actually said, "Is there anything good that happens during pregnancy, besides getting a baby out of it?"

I've been SO GASSY. Gross. I know. But I'll take it. Last time by this point I was already getting rather severe morning sickness. Also super tired.  Strange thing but maybe nesting?  I know that's supposed to be a late 9th month thing BUT I had an overwhelming need to completely dismantle and clean my kitchen yesterday and did so for over 2 hours. So. Maybe I'm just insane. Maybe it's nesting.

Also, @yaeger07 , no. No there is not.

ETA: Oh. And my gag reflex is ALL too real.

The only symptom I have is exhaustion. Like after I go workout and run errands I'm done for day. And I guess frequent urination and always during middle of night. BUT that's because I've super upped my water intake. Last night was first night I did not have to get up in middle of night. And even in mornings I pee a lot. I have weighed myself...peed 2 lbs of pee out. I think I may be drinking too much water?!

My boobs may have been a little tender past couple of days, and maybe some slight lightheadness/nausea Friday while volunteering for church think in a no a/c school gym. But that's it.

I'm not super hungry, nothing sounds good but it's not because I'm nauseous. THOUGH if I do not eat, I get a tad nauseous and shakey but that's typical for my HANGRY self

Oh yes, crazy/vivid dreams. I've had those for 2 weeks, they ticked me off to being pregnant. I've never had such weird dreams.

For the most part I feel fine, nothing out of ordinary and hope I can avoid the morning sickness, etc.

Sore boobs, waves of nausea (thank goodness for preggie pop drops), constant peeing, heightened sense of smell, sciatica pain off and on, and mood swings. Last night was the first night I had some crazy dreams, and woke up in the middle of the night really nauseous. The next 10 weeks are going to be lovely.

Lower back pain, frequent urination (although I've also upped my water intake so that may factor in as well), fatigue, upset stomach (going from starving to full very quickly), and sleeping poorly.  I've been waking up between 3:30 and 4:30 every morning for several weeks - most mornings I toss and turn and eventually go back to sleep, but occasionally not.  And today is the first day that I noticed sore boobs!  I was starting to wonder about that one.

Really none of it is constant - it all comes and goes at random times.  Example: someone at work brought the same thing to eat for lunch several times last week and I could smell it all the way across the office, but that's the only time I've noticed a heightened sense of smell.  :D

Sore boobs, exhaustion, and very weird/vivid dreams.  Feeling lucky that in general I am feeling pretty great.  We are headed to London for 10 days this weekend so I am hoping the lack of symptoms sticks around!

I've been feeling pretty good. I do have sore boobs and waves of nausea. One thing that is concerning me is that I keep having back cramps which feel like my period is about to start. I've scoured the Internet and have read that it's normal if there's not any bleeding so I am keeping my fingers crossed. I also have been running to the bathroom every three minutes.

@Magheeta where do you find those pop drops??

Feeling pretty great, but I know we are still early so fingers crossed haha. I have some sore boobies and the afternoon tiredness hits hard and also some off and on constipation issues (hooray prune juice?!) haha.

Also, this week I had 2 days of cramping pretty badly. No spotting or anything but I called OB because it panicked me. She advised it is completely normal - but man it really was quite painful!

So far I've just got sore boobs, massive fatigue, and a bit of cramps.  If I've not eaten in a while, I get queasy.

Overall I'm doing great really. I'm tired but I can still function. Boobs are heavier but I can't say they are sore. I do have some cramping and lower back pain like I had with my daughter but that, too is rather mild. I hope I won't pay for this a week from now ;)

I really can't complain too much. My symptoms have been kind of here and there and nothing major. My boobs are definitely heavier feeling and are usually sore first thing in the morning. Peeing a little more often but I am increasing water intake. Really the only main thing is being pretty wiped out by the end of the day and my emotions, holy moly, the tears and irritability. Please tell me that I am not the only one that gets annoyed over every little thing while in first tri?! My last pregnancy I was super irritable in the first and third tri and so far this is proving to be similar.

Yes, @yaeger07! He said to me this weekend "Are you going to be happy anytime soon? Can you just smile for once?" Of course that triggered the waterworks but I felt terrible about being so crazy!

Super moody and what feels like round ligament pain already. Pretty tired but considering it's our busiest time at work, I can't say growing a human is the cause.

Sore boobs, and really sore nipples. vivid dreams, upset stomach, fatigue and hunger off and on. Sleeping like a rock!

I dont one think I got nausea until about 8 weeks with DD1, so I'm hoping this is the same!

So far so good. Sore boobs, light cramping, bloating, craving sweets. Last time I craved salty, so maybe it's a girl? No nausea yet, hoping to avoid it like last time. I'm trying to get a bunch of healthy eating in before the food aversions start, though.

I think I have all the symptoms.  Except sore boobs, but those girls have been through a lot during the 2 years I BFed my son.  They feel heavy, but not sore at all.  In my first pregnancy I hardly had any nausea, but I've been nauseous off and on since 11 dpo!  And really, I feel like I can check every box on the other symptoms.  I hope it settles and isn't like this for all of 1st tri!

Round ligament pain.  Mildly increased urinary frequency.  Just starting to get a tinge of the nausea.  I  hadn't quite finished losing all the baby weight before and it probably won't happen now.  That being said, i plan to be very diligent about going to the gym regularly until around 6 months, when I have to cut back to long walks and prenatal yoga

Nausea. But it feels so early for that. And fatigue and sore boobs. Which I don't remember having either of those with DS. With him my major symptom was heartburn (starting 4 days after conception and lasting until delivery). I haven't had any heartburn this pregnancy so far.

Is anyone else experiencing back pain? I don't remember it starting this early last time! Some days are horrible! Bloating for sure (this morning I woke up with a bump/bloat?? I'm 5w5d). Just feeling crappy in general, tired and semi-nauseous. No food aversions but nothing really sounds good to me.

@mrsjasminelawrence, I'm having some back pain. It's not really strong, just a dull ache, and it's not all the time. I'm mainly noticing it right before bed when I'm lying down. I don't remember this with DS either. But I also feel like I don't remember a lot, despite writing down symptoms daily.

Anyone else experiencing rushing in the ears?  It woke me up this morning but has since gone away.  Never experienced it in my last pregnancy....that I can remember anyway!

Fatigue, but then can't sleep, and God the nausea. So much nausea. Vomiting has officially started (yay) and I'm just trying to keep up with my busy two year old. I have no idea how I'm going to make it through this pregnancy if I have HG again  :s

blackberry1006 I'm sorry you're feeling so crummy. I highly suggest making lemonade popsicles. The sour flavor tends to settle my stomach and overpower any other taste in my mouth.

Piggybacking off Neikoda's suggestion, I also highly recommend Sina Ginger Candy, which you can get on Amazon or at an Asian grocery/candy store.  They've basically negated any nausea that's hit me over the past week.

Oh my goodness. I forgot how much I loathe the smell of Mr. Clean when I'm pregnant. I had so much vomiting during my pregnancy with DS, and was constantly cleaning my bathrooms so my toilet would be clean to puke in (TMI? Sorry).

I cleaned our bathrooms this morning, and got massive waves of nausea. And the smell of Mr. Clean is still looming in the house. Gross!!

Yes, this!!! I wake up starving and continue to get hungry again every couple of hours. Didn't get morning sickness last time till 10 weeks, so "enjoying" this while I can still eat haha.

Gosh, I'm kinda nervous that I don't have any morning sickness because I didn't last time and the pregnancy wasn't viable. But I have more symptoms this time including: constant hunger, heartburn, mild craps, and my abs are sore as if I did sit-ups all day.
  • Options
@wagnerw YES!!! I wake up absolutely starving. I don't normally eat breakfast, but lately I've been eating a full breakfast and stealing some of my toddler's!!! And then I'm hungry again by 10.

But food itself doesn't sound appealing. I'm sitting here wondering what to make for dinner and nothing I think of sounds good. Except salad! So if that's what this baby wants, I'll gladly oblige! Better than the carbs I wanted with DS.

@jfochtman @STM2017  I am so glad I am not the only one.  So many others were talking about not being hungry/having morning sickness and I was starting to get worried!  Thanks for the reassurance  ;)
