2. PG workouts and eating goals - Keep up class attendance and eat mostly homemade meals.
3. Goals for next week? Go to class at least once this week... It's been almost two weeks.
4. How did you do with last week's goals? Not good. But, I did get up on Saturday and clean and be productive, which was surprising and nice. It's been a struggle just to get laundry done, etc.
5. PG-specific rants, raves, or questions? Why am I so tired? I'm getting some bursts of almost-energy but they don't last long and are usually followed by a nap. Sigh.
6. GTKY: What is one thing you're looking forward to before the end of the summer? Telling our family and friends that we're expecting.

4. How did you do with last week's goals? finally got my ass up and ran 1.5miles on Friday. Felt great while doing it, collapsed for 3 hours after. LOL
5. PG-specific rants, raves, or questions? Seem to be trading one symptom for the next. Just when MS was gone, then came extreme fatigue and headaches. Today no headache not too tired, MS reared its ugly head.
6. GTKY: What is one thing you're looking forward to before the end of the summer? Ugh. It's so bad, i don't have anything. I am so ready for summer to be over and to have cooler weather and a real bump, instead of feeling fat and hiding in sundresses. I'm sure there's something to look forward to. I am gonna work really hard to figure out what that is.

I'm still too sick to exercise, but one of these weeks I will have something to add to this thread!
Alright ladies, I've been lurking around and the fitness check-ins on other boards seem quite popular while this one needs help. For those of you who have been participating, or want to once your MS is done, any suggestions to make it better? Our board seems to have a really high percentage of STM+, and I'm wondering if that's the main issue. I'm sure that makes it harder to worry about this stuff.
1. Pre-PG workouts/eating goals
CrossFit 3x a week, <1500 calories a day (I'm a short, short person), mainly whole foods.
2. PG workouts and eating goals
3 hours with an elevated HR every week, still mainly whole foods. My big thing is blood sugar; working out reduces the difficulty like 300%

Actually do the things! Lol. I hope this board shames me into motivation.
4. How did you do with last week's goals?
Not great exercise-wise. I did walk 3 hours this week. I give myself a 5/10 for eating and a 8 for blood sugar.

I'm already uncomfortable after eating, which is way early. I can't imagine when the baby outgrows all my internal organs.

2. PG workouts and eating goals: um, nope. Now that M/S is easing up a bit my goals consist of making it through the next two weeks of work. Blech. But I will hopefully get back on track after that.
3. Goals for next week? Make eye contact with the weights and workout routine cards that have been silently judging me the last couple months. Yeah, I'll start there.
4. How did you do with last week's goals? Well I got a coat of paint on the ceiling in three rooms so my arms at least got a good workout!

When will the fatigue and nausea end? Also waking up every hour is going to be the death of me!
6. GTKY: What is one thing you're looking forward to before the end of the summer?
Got nothing. Ready for snow, fall things, pumpkin things, hot beverages involving chocolate, sweaters and layered clothing, holidays, the end of fire season. I'm good for about a month of summer and then it's just too much.
