My doctor said the same thing, no need for the NT if you get the panorama. I double checked this info with my sister who's a nurse practitioner on her 2nd pregnancy and she agreed.

Argh. Mine came back inconclusive today. 

2/3 chance they get a conclusive answer on a redraw, or we can go straight to CVS/Amnio. I'm going to go get stuck tomorrow, and I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks! The phlebotomist said she'd had a big cluster of redraws for harmony for low fetal fraction lately. I don't know if there's been a change at ariosa or what, but it made me feel better.

Hello All, 

I got my Pameroma results back today and they were inconclusive. The doctor said I had too many chromosomes and they think it was a vanishing twin. Had my NIPT scan and the baby looked good. It was nerve wracking hearing the test was inconclusive and I don't know if I should have any additional tests...

@alemarie1 sorry to hear that.  The waiting is so hard!  Your doctor should be able to help you decide about more tests or not.  A few years ago we didn't have stuff like the Panorama.

I got one of these tests (I want to say it was Harmony) last Thursday & the waiting is driving me crazy! I'm 32 but asked my doctor what week the nt scan and blood draw was. She offered this test since it's more accurate & I decided to have it done. I'm such a worrier... I was NOT this way with my first! (This is baby #4:) I'm just hoping I hear back by the end of the week.

@alemarie1 I'm so sorry about the vanishing twin and inconclusive results.  I've heard on other forums that taking it again often helps with inconclusive results.  Hugs to you mama.

Just got my MaterniT21 results and everything came back low risk (I go the results exactly 1 week after the test) - what a lovely feeling of relief! Waiting to listen to the rest of the message with the sex until I get home and can share with DH (though last we spoke about it, he was still leaning towards not wanting to know). 

Update: It's a boy (though I have to keep this news to myself as DH still doesn't want to know and I don't want to ruin the surprise for him, unless he changes his mind).

I think I forgot to update. We did MaterniT21 and it took 9 days to result(told 10-14 by MFM, 7-10 by OB).  Indication for the test is that I am old.  Everything came back fine.

How long did everyone wait for their NT blood work results to come back? The lab said it'd only take a couple of days and it has been a couple already! We are waiting until we get the results before we announce and I just cant wait any longer!

I jad my Harmony test done Aug 5 and got my test results back today...needless to say it show a high probability of Downs...getting an aminocentesis Aug 23.....this will be the longest 12 days of my life.

@timelesslove I'm so sorry you have to go through this stress.  Do you have to wait that long because you need to be farther along in your pregnancy, or because they can't fit you in?  if it were me and it was because they couldn't fit me in I would be begging and pleading with anyone who would listen.  Anyway, my thoughts and prayers are with you, both for things to work out well in the end and also for peace in the meantime.

i need to be 15 weeks for the amino and tomorrow marks the cut off for CVS according to the genetics office. It was the first available at my 15 week mark. It's all in gods hands.@16isourluckynumber

If you did the Counsyl bloodwork, how did you get your results?   I just graduated from the RE, but it wasn't back yet.  They said they would pass the results on to my OB, but how do I get them?   I registered online, but the answer from my doc made me think they won't be posted there.

@Partyof6? I got an email from Counsyl 8 days after my blood draw telling me I could login to their website to get the results.

Just an update,  tomorrow I am traveling to Boston to see a specialist at Tufts Medical for another NT scan. My Paneroma test results were inconclusive with a high risk for vanishing twin or triploidy.... The baby looks good but I am still so scared...  My doctor recommended the CVS testing but I'm nervous about the risks... Anyone know of anyone else in a similar situation?

My NT is tomorrow and I feel so freaking nervous which keeps making me think that there is a reason to be nervous.

@Partyof6? I got an email from Counsyl too, but first my doctor's office had to sign off on them.  And I suspect my doctor did not act right away because my report was dated the 27th and I didn't get it until the 29th (after I called my doctor's office to inquire).

Got my Recombine Chromomap results back today. No chromosomal abnormalities detected and Y chromosome was detected, which, because I am pregnant with twins, just means I have at least 1 boy in there. Excited to see what the other baby's sex is in a few weeks at my ultrasound!

Fx for all of you waiting for further testing.

Had my NT scan today and all looks good! Blood draw results next Monday. Also had Panorama blood draw, but unclear when and how those results will be shared.

Just had my NT scan today and all looked good. Blood draw for Counsyl today as well. The access to their website is dangerous, as it gives me a new outlet for obsessing. ;-)

I called the doctor's office this morning to check on my Maternit23 test (tomorrow will be 2 weeks since my blood draw)...  They still haven't received the results.  I'm so over this waiting.

Mine was taken on Tuesday. I don't know how I can possibly wait until next week!!! Are you waiting or yours?
