  • All you ladies are so cute! My midwife showed me that my uterus is almost up to my belly button already, but my "bump" is just making me look chunky! I'm hoping it round out soon so I can have cute pictures like you ladies!

  • @Knottie1443924966 sorry for my late reply, out of town right now :) i'm a huge fitness lover. i've done yoga and fitness classes for the past three years or so. since i left town a few weeks ago i picked up beachbody workouts (because streaming was free) and have been trying all sorts of those! i think i might continue them, its cheap. i usually watch my diet closely, but during the first trimester i ate a ton of mac n cheese, pizza and cold cereal. i felt awful and i put on weight so easily (as always, which is why i watch it). i tried to "just eat better" after i started feeling better, but i still had no self control. so now i'm back to using myfitnesspal to track my food. i essentially start every day off with oatmeal and fruit and eat as many veggies and as much protein as i can. not sure thats helpful, i struggle a lot!
  • @Litzi it's very helpful :) we all struggle and it's a LOT of work to stay lean! And we need a LOT of motivation!! That why I'm admiring you so much :) I went from 122lbs lean and clean 5"10 to 137lbs and packing weight onto my thighs (pear shaped and boobs&butt. I'm back at the gym weightlifting 5 days with a morning and nightfall 45 min walk. Keep me posted on your habits. Let's start a thread on fitness check ins so we can help each other and others alike stay active :)
