How far along are you? 7 weeks

How big is baby? A blueberry (TB)/ Micra chameleon (Ovia)

Upcoming appointments this week? None but I'm officially only ONE week out!!!!!

Any new symptoms or changes? Crazy fatigue, nausea and some pretty intense headaches this week.  

Rants/Raves/Questions? Work is a little crazy right now.  We're acquiring quite a few new assets this quarter and everyone is sitting on their hands as far as staffing them goes.   UM HELLO, WE'RE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.  WE NEED A TEAM TO RUN EACH OF THE DAMN BUILDINGS!  Give me the go-ahead to get some bodies hired before we end up with an empty office or an incompetent thrown together team because we had two days to staff. wtf. 

GTKY: Let's talk bucket lists... what's on yours?! Backpacking through Europe (might have missed my window since it will be a while before I have the freedom to do this, and hiking the Appalachian Trail (same concern here) .. but I'm still hopeful!

Rants/Raves/Questions? i have so many questions in my head right now, just very nervous and hoping for 2 sticky babes!

GTKY: Let's talk bucket lists... what's on yours?! I would love to travel cross country in an RV, I want to see more of the US, I've traveled a lot, but not too much out west/mid-west, would love to see Nashville/Memphis one day! A few years back we went to Savannah GA & Wilmington NC (which was on my bucket list to see all the Dawson's Creek/One Tree Hill sites LOL!!)

Upcoming appointments this week? our first ultrasound is this Thursday! FXed we see something

Any new symptoms or changes? nothing new to report...still sore boobs, sensitive nips, bloating, peeing, morning queasiness, fatigue...the acne seems to have calmed down a bit

Rants/Raves/Questions? my childish coworker is still acting standoffish to us...OVER.IT

Upcoming appointments this week? None; first one in 10 more days!

Any new symptoms or changes? Today, the itchy nipples have started, and I think my boobs are slowly getting sorer. I was getting a little concerned that I wasn't having enough or consistent enough symptoms, so I'm glad the boulders have stepped in to soothe my crazy PgAL mind.

Rants/Raves/Questions? DH and I have been bingeing on Netflix's new show Stranger Things. I'm not a huge horror fan, so it's not my usual cup of tea --- yet it's exactly my cup of tea!

GTKY: Let's talk bucket lists... what's on yours?! A huge music festival with tons of my favorite artists/bands! I've missed out on Lollapalooza this year, making it now one of three big festivals I've missed out on, in addition to Warped Tour 2001 and Lollapalooza 2010. We are going to 3 concerts this year, so that makes up a little bit of the heartache, but a major music festival is still yet to be crossed out on my bucket list.

@ngcsugirl1112 Next year, if she's still a coworker, you should get her a Littlest Pet Shop toy or something similar as a birthday present! When she asks, "WTF?" Be like "Childish people get childish presents." Sorry, my pregnancy hormones are a tad vindictive...

I used to LOVE Ellen. I thought it was really cool how she does such great things for people in need, ect.

Then a few years ago she gave my alcoholic/junkie, step-mother with multiple DUI arrests a brand new car.  You can quite literally google this woman's name and find her history.  The reason Ellen qualified her was because she was such a "devoted, single mother just trying to do the best she could for her kids".  The crew shot her at her parents GIANT house, coming outside and talking about being "homeless", ect.

The real story?  My Dad raised those kids alone for YEARS, while she was too drugged up or drunk to be around.  She has spent the better part of the last 6 years in rehab.  She missed Christmas and their Birthdays for YEARS.  My Dad and the kids even lived with me for a period of time because he was constantly working to pay her medical bills and try to stay afloat, and the kids needed stability.

Bottom line: whoever is responsible for researching backstories should be fired because they are quite literally the most useless employee on earth.

Sorry.  Super sensitive subject.  Hello pregnancy rage. End rant.

Any new symptoms or changes? morning sickness is coming back strong! it starts around 4am now. but i can't complain if that means everything is going well for baby.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Still struggling at work. How do all of you ladies do it?? (it's making me a little nervous for when baby actually arrives too)

@dubcompanion my husband and I just finished watching Stranger Things last night. We loved the 80's/Stephen King/Scifi horror feel of it. Definitely recommend to others.

@GoldenTMama I feel ya with the struggling at work...I'm so super exhausted, and I work on the computer all day, and it's sooooooo hard keeping my eyes open! I'm so ready for a nap!

Any new symptoms or changes? No, but I'm getting tired earlier.  May also have to do w/the fact that I haven't taken my daily dose of Adderall since late June (stopped completely for TTC and pregnancy). 

Rants/Raves/Questions?  Rant: I hate that I have to not eat certain foods like blue cheese and med. rare burgers.  Womp.  Rave: I'm not feeling bloated or gaining weight.  

GTKY: Let's talk bucket lists... what's on yours?!  I'm dying to go to the Maldives and Thailand.  We were planning Thailand for Christmas this year but that will have to wait

@onefootinthebayou I take ADHD medication, and it was approved by my OB to continue on it. Thank goodness, because my fatigue was so severe last pregnancy that I was falling asleep while driving to work without it (and this would result even after 8 hours of rest + taking it easy during the day). The meds work just enough to help keep me alert when it matters, like while driving. But otherwise I feel just as sluggish, absent-minded, and wiped by the end of the day as any other pregnant lady!

@GoldenTMama Stranger Things is a show I'll also be recommending to others. We have 2 episodes left to watch!
