Hot face

I am 6 weeks 5days and the past week or so my face and ears have been getting very hot, but doesn't actually turn red. I also have a lot of pressure in my head. It first started off only happening at night but today I woke up really early because I had a pounding headache and my face felt on fire. I've had water, eaten, put a cold cloth on my face but it is still bothering me hours later. Also earlier when I bent over my head hurt worse, I'm assuming maybe sinus related?? Anyone have any insight?

Hormone fluctuations can cause a lot of flushed feelings and headaches. It could also be sinus issues. And you may want to double check your blood pressure.
