I just wanted to shout out to Joovy. We purchased a caboose ultralight graphite (a sit and stand stroller) from them through Amazon last week. As I was putting it together, I realized the bearing in the one of the wheels was defective, and it was not possible to fully assemble the stroller. 

I emailed them at 7:10 am eastern on a Saturday. They got back to me (From Dallas, three hours behind) by 10:30 am. They assured me that they would ship a replacement part to home ASAP.

Contrast that with when my Graco joggers wheel broke. I emailed Graco and they had me package the entire jogging stroller up myself (because I have a box that big just laying around) and mail it to them. It was super fun and easy to get a baby and a 34 pound jogging stroller sized box into the post office. Graco waited until they received the shipment before they mailed me an entire replacement stroller. 

I don't typically shill for companies, but I was so impressed that I could not help share with you all. In conclusion, thumbs up to Joovy customer support.

  • That's awesome! Gotta love a company with great service. I've worked as a customer service agent for a very long time and the stories I read about poor service make me cringe.
