really late ovulation with trigger shot?

Hello everyone! I need some advice/hear about what you ladies have experienced, if you don't mind. I took 100mg clomid and I ended up having a few follicles but we weren't able to go through with iui this month due to life getting in the way. I did trigger shot this Monday, and we were suppose to have our iui on Wednesday. We BD the day before trigger (Sunday), on Tuesday night, and did the turkey baster method last night since DH couldn't go another round...(that ended up leaking everywhere, so I wonder if I even did it right).

My question is, I should have ovulated yesterday but this morning I woke up with stringy clear cm and some occasional ovary pains. I usually clear up and become dry as a bone after ovulation, so I'm worried that I maybe didn't ovulate? Does anyone have any experience with multiple follicles and trigger shot? Did some ovulate slower than others or did they all abandoned ship at the same time? BDing is out of the question, so I'm wondering if I'm out this month.

    I don't pay too much attn to my CM after ovulation, BUT when I'm on stims I have really bad O pain for a couple days after. I never felt O bf stupid clomid, and the more I'm on, the worse the pain and the longer it lasts. 
    Plus, sperm can live inside a woman for like 5 days, so if you ovulate later than you thought w/ the trigger, you at least have those couple days of sperm still there. 
    can your doc schedule a progesterone level for next wed? That could tell you if you O'd.

    @devilanne That's true, it's just we have MFI working against us, so I'm not too confident of the number of sperm waiting for the eggs if and when I do ovulate. Feeling O pain is a flip of a coin for me. Some months I feel it banging on my front door, other months I'm just shrugging and wondering what's going on down there. It's a roller coaster ride. I can def send a message to my doc and schedule a progesterone level, that's a great idea :smile:
