I drink a cup of the Mothers Milk after dinner every night. BUT, I'm also eating oatmeal every morning and taking 3 capsules of Gaia Herbs Lactation Support throughout the day. My supply has increased to about 5 ounces combined the past few days, so that's been great! I'm not wild about the licorice taste of the Mother's Milk, so thank you for that suggestion, @kbrands7!
I tried a free sample of Upspring's Milkflow, too, but it was chocolate. I mixed it with milk, but I think it would also go good with coffee. I needed to increase my supply while I pumped at work (baby eats a lot more from a bottle than at the breast). This is helping me get just a few more ounces a day.
