Surprise twins

So, I got a surprise at my appointment today! I am expecting twins! I only found out about the pregnancy two weeks ago, and I had been going off of my last menstrual period. I found out today, that not only was I off by about four weeks, but that I am expecting twins!  This pregnancy itself was not planned, because I am still breastfeeding my 7 month old son and my periods have been irregular since they started back up four months ago.
