A Heartful Thank You

I know that everyone is slowing migrating to the Facebook page. Since I am not on Facebook, I wanted to put this out here before you all are gone.

Thank you all for everything in the past (almost) year since I found out I was expecting and the arrival of my son. The collective group's insight, advice, questions, support, etc. was better than any book, Google, or well meaning Aunt. You each helped me feel more confident in my role as I became a mother, and even though we may not have met in person, I won't forget all the help that you all graciously have given me. 

I'll be around a little as the questions with a LO never seem to end, but thank you all.

...and who knows? We may be on another BMB again together in the future.

Aw! Well said @AliciaD39.  I'll still be here too! It's part of my rotation of "things to kill time with when I'm on my phone". I'm sure it will be a lot quieter, but I don't have plans on leaving the BMB

I've been mostly a lurker, but wanted to second @AliciaD39 has said. I've learned so much from this board and it's been comforting to know what I'm experiencing is normal.

I don't have a Facebook bc of my job, although I have considered making one under a my maiden name or something so I can keep participating... But for now I'm still here too, you guys have been vital to my not going crazy the past 8 weeks

I don't intend to leave. BMBs do tend to lose a bit of traction as babies get older, but I hope ours doesn't fizzle out completely for a long time!

No Facebook here either! I totally agree with what was said (minus future BMB - no more babies for me) and I'll be sticking around here for awhile

This is weird to me. The Facebook page is for known users who contribute often...because Internet safety.

But also, I'm glad you'll still be around--all of your pp posts have been so helpful! I was just thinking the other day, "man, @Bellodomani is killing it!"

I still check in here but the app blows...it will be easier when I am back to work and can bump from a desktop.

I reccomend any expecting mama to download the bump and get on their corresponding bump month - it's usually the first thing I reccomend! seriously this community board was the MOST helpful while pregnant, just knowing thst what I was feeling was normal, getting to read about what was to come! And really helped when I was overdue! Great perspective too, of our differences circumstances and lives. I often times would read threads out loud to DH - I think it helped him realize I wasn't the only crazy but man since LO has been born I've only been on a handful of times!! Except times like these .... When she's fed... Asleep in her room and I can't fall back asleep
