  • What is your health/nutrition goal this week?  Weight gain of 1/2 a pound a week in the third trimester.  That means healthier snacks.  (I bought some hummus and wheat pitas, so hopefully that'll tide me over.)

    What is your fitness goal this week?  Cardio 5 times this week; stretches.  And kegels.  I'm really bad about doing those.

    Any challenges this week?  My knee is still bothering me.  I took two days off over the weekend, but it still hurt after 30 minutes of running this morning.

    How did you do with your goals last week?  Not great.  Ice cream, pizza, fries.  Too much junk food.

    GTKY: What is your favorite fairy tale or children's story?
    I have fond memories from my childhood of Where the Wild Things Are.  I currently really like the Duck and Goose series of books.  They're some of my son's favorites (especially Goose Needs a Hug).
