Sleeping all day

Switched to pumped bottle this morning (see previous post about tongue tie and gassy tummy).  Since then (3 feedings ago), he has been contentedly sleeping basically nonstop between bottles.  No spit up or fussy baby.  I'm happy about that but wondering if he's just catching up on sleep from some really restless and painful days or if he really does have days and nights mixed up and I'm in for it later.  I dont  know what to do with this calm sleeping baby!!

My daughter has some days when she sleeps most of the time, and others where she's awake a lot. So far it hasn't messed up her nighttime sleep.

Take a nap, momma! We had this yesterday after a busy day Friday. She pretty much slept all day except for feedings and diaper changes. Her night time routine didn't change too much except that normally she falls back asleep for two hours from 5-7 after she nurses and this morning she was wide awake at 5 am for about an hour.
