Trigger tuesday night....take 2

Hello all! I have hypothalamic amenorrhea and since my last BFN, I have made changes in my diet and reduced exercise. I just did my best cycle ever, menopur 150 IU for 6 days, ended up having a 19mm, 17.5mm, and 17mm with a lining of 11 and estrogen of 590. My DH sperm count is fine so we did TI again. BD'd Tuesday night a couple hours after trigger, then wednesday and thursday. I am pretty sure I ovulated on Wednesday. This wait sucks and I am overthinking everything!

    Hello!  I hope the changed you have made with diet/exercise can help.  Did you have a question for the community or need some advice?  If not, I hope you join the weekly check in and good luck with everything!
    TTC since May 2015 with domestic partner of 13 years. Me 33 OH 33.  No ovulation or natural menstruation. Normal SA.
    Diagnosed PCOS February 2016
    First cycle 50mg Clomid 5/3/16, O'd CD 19 BFN
    Second cycle 50mg Clomid 6/1/16 O'd CD 18 BFN
    Third cycle Clomid 6/29/16 O'd CD 16 BFP @11dpo!
    EDD April 3 and praying things work out!

    Just wondering if those numbers looked good, my first cycle failed, but my biggest follicle was 17 and i had 2 15's, i ended up with mild ohss. @Ducks&Cats

    Ahh, I can't help you there but maybe some of the other ladies can chime in.

                  Clomid 100mg+ Estrace- BFN
    Cycle 6: Letrozole 5mg+Trigger shot+IUI+Progestrone- BFN
    Cycle 7: Letrozole 5mg, Cyst found during follicle check
    Cycle 8: Birth control to treat left ovary cyst
    Cycle 9: Letrozole 7.5mg+Trigger shot+IUI+Progesterone- BFN
    Cycle 10: Letrozole 7.5mg, 2 Cysts found during follicle check

    I would assume your follies are great size! Last cycle after Femara and before trigger mine were 18,16,15,&14mm, they had me trigger the next night. I came out with a BFN, I just know they like for them to be at least 18mm, so I'm sure yours are plenty big!!
