Redeeming Huggies Rewards

Have any of you redeemed Huggies Rewards? I know they have a different way of doing things since last month. I cashed in my points for a toilet seat for DS around the first week of June. I was hoping it would get here in time for his bday (Dream on) but a month later, it's still not here. At this rate I'll most likely get it when he starts high school. 

I called Huggies and was directed to email the Rewards people since they're a separate company now. It has been almost a week and I have yet to hear from anyone. Arghhhhhhhhhh I just want my Pooh Potty Seat.

Oh yikes! I loved Huggies Rewards when the kids were in diapers! I assume we'll participate in them again this time around. They were slow to deliver 6 years ago too though. Good information though. Thank you!

This probably isn't much help, but I do Pampers rewards and they're also slow with delivery. 2-3 weeks, though. I would be concerned if it had been a month. Hope you can get it sorted out! For the most part, I like the rewards programs. Makes me feel like I'm getting something back since the name brand diapers cost more.
