My mom bought me a bunch of clothes from motherhood today, including a summer dress. We tried finding a baby shower dress but no luck. I'm just excited I was able to get clothes that fit!!
I'll need a shower dress before then I think but I could use some more tops for work when school is back even though I'll only be there for like 2/3 weeks, I'll probably wind up wearing them for a few months after if they don't like too much like maternity anyways... I like some of my maternity tops better than my regular clothes lol
I just ordered that one too for my shower @MrsB627! I'm really hoping this is it too! If not I have a back up but I love this dress. Here's hoping we love it!

@krzyriver Ohhhhh the arm flab!! I keep begging my DH for liposuction!! LOL I've lost a lot of weight and that's the ONE area that I can't get toned or get much weigh loss. DRIVES ME NUTS. I want to wear a tank top with out a cover up damn it!!

This is only sort of related but I feel like since it's about dresses and I'm plus sized it works.... we got a ton of traditional fabric for our wedding back in April and I finally sent some off with my tailor (who made my wedding dress) for two dresses that *should* work pre and post baby. Super excited for her to finish.
haha - i also ordered the White/Royal Blue pink blush dress!! I wanted something where I didn't have to wear a cover up! Except, I ordered it in a size up, since the 1X was out of stock (was hoping it ran small) - only to get an email 2 days later that the 1X is back IN stock! Waiting on the first one to try on - then potentially exchanging... Have any of you other ladies (@sportiegrl1213@MrsB627@NicholeL16) gotten yours?? How's the fit??
Mine is "here" but we get our mail at my in laws because my post office is SO terrible. I have been so busy with work this week that tonight is the first chance I'll have to go by and get it. I'll let you know!
Ok, dress fits great! I'm thinking about wearing some kind of shape wear or something because I don't feel like it shows the bump that well on me. I don't know though. I look like crap tonight so maybe if I try it on with my hair and makeup fixed I will feel different. It fits, that's the most important thing.

Well I did not have much luck with the dresses. The one with the sleeves didn't fit around my bust. A size up might help, but my mother thinks I'll be too hot because of the material. We run about the same temperature, so I trust her. The blue one with the scarf was super cute.... but it's cut WAY too low. You can see my whole bra if I lean just a tiny bit forward. I hate these huge bras I have to wear to hold these dang things up!
So the maxi dress is the winner... of course, because it's the plainest and the only one I didn't order in blue. Lol. But it's light and comfy. I might even skip the shrug if I'm feeling brave. We'll see.
I'm really liking pink blush and I'm thinking of ordering from them once the baby is here until I can loose some weight! I was actually doing really well in that department so I hope it continues after!

Received my dress today from Pink Blush and I love it! I went one size up since my shower isn't till late August. so happy it fits with some room to grow. One more thing to check off the list!
