i know they have said to stay away from sushi but the the more research i do the more i come up with the answer... moderation is key and low mercury levels! i have a friend that lived in Japan during pregnancy and she really couldn't get away from the stuff... she was worried and talked to her doctor and they came up with really watching the fish she ate and try moderation!
