Week: 19! Almost half way!

What's new with baby (size, development)? Size of a mango/tomato, 15 cm!

What's something new you're doing to get ready for baby? Still nothing...

Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I've been feeling great apart from being out of breath easily, which OB confirmed is fine as long as it's not accompanied by any other symptoms. Starting to enjoy this trimester!

When is your next appointment? We find out the gender in a week and a half. July 13th. Cannot wait.

GTKY: What's your favorite ice cream or popsicle or fro-yo flavor? Chocolate ice cream, grape freezies/popsicles

Week: Last day of week 19, 20 week US is tomorrow  

What's new with baby (size, development)? Still feel the occasional "flutter" but no real kicks yet.

What's something new you're doing to get ready for baby? We're moving one week from today so we'll be setting up the nursery once we're in our new home. I've completed my registry, but once we find out the gender, I might change the color of a few things.

Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: One thing I am concerned about and will bring up at my US tomorrow is that my resting heart rate is really high. I've been monitoring it on my Apple Watch and even right now it's 100 BPM. Normally for me it's between 65-75 BPM. Is this normal? I have no preexisting conditions but a pretty bad family history of high blood pressure and heart disease so I'm getting concerned. Also I haven't been gaining an excessive amount of weight, it seems pretty steady so far. The last time I went to see my doc my blood pressure was normal. Maybe I'm just getting nervous/anxious about the move?

Week: 22!

What's new with baby (size, development)? Where's the other Valentines day ladies to say what's going on!

What's something new you're doing to get ready for baby? Making some definite plans on bunk beds, dressers, and a mattress and room organisation for our big girls.

Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: What are we having?   Girl #3 or a boy!

When is your next appointment?  Just had an ultrasound this morning.  Baby does not have spina bifida (what they were checking) but the tech did write down what we are having.   We find out in a couple of weeks from the Dr.

GTKY: What's your favorite ice cream or popsicle or fro-yo flavor? Vanilla ice cream or Moose tracks is pretty good.   I like Creamsicles.

Week: 21

What's new with baby (size, development)? Baby is the size of an Endive (no idea what that is).

What's something new you're doing to get ready for baby? We went and got our Lazy Boy for the living room (which I'm really looking forward to sleeping in) and I bought the changing table and bookcase for the nursery. Planning on starting my registry soon. I was going to do it this past weekend but had a panic attack when I walked into Buy Buy Baby.... Wayyyyy too many options.

Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: Feeling pretty good other than the pulled muscle in my rib. Started working out again this morning after a three week hiatus. I'm sure I'll be good and tired by 3pm.

GTKY: What's your favorite ice cream or popsicle or fro-yo flavor? I LOVE any and all ice cream but with this pregnancy I've been getting heartburn whenever I have it. So, I'm stuck with popsicles right now. Whomp whomp.
