Letrozole (famara) and Multiples?

This is my first post in a LONG time I'm wondering if anyone here was on Letrozole (famara) and had multiples? We are starting it this month and fingers crossed it will work! Just wanted to hear if anyone with twins was on it and what their dosage was. Thanks ladies!!

Hi! I took letrozole and two shots of menopur and ended up with triplets.
My last monitoring before trigger shot, I only had two follicles. A third must've been mature because I have no identicals.
First cycle I did 5mg, 2nd and 3rd cycles were 7.5mg for 5 days. 3rd cycle was successful.

@mzungumama  I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with di/di boy girl twins . I had two follicles grow large enough after my second round of Letrozole (with an increased dosage). We knew for sure one would hopefully drop with the trigger (ovidrel) and we thought my left side was possibly blocked but now we know it's not!  Good luck to you!! I know that journey is long and can be full of heartache.  I hope you receive happy news soon:)
