Feeling alone

I feel like I'm the only mom who has trouble getting into the shower everyday. I also feel like I'm the only one with financial issues that cause me and my husband and child to live with my parents. I feel like I'm the only one who sees my mothers health issues and wishes she'd go to the doctor. My dad is still around and I feel like he needs to do that, not me. Its like he doesn't care unless something bad actually happens.

This board doesn't seem that active, so I know your post is a few weeks old, but I'm sorry you're feeling that way. You are by no means alone though. Parenthood is extremely hard and there are definitely days where I don't get in the shower or everything done that I hoped to. I'm sorry that financial issues are thrown into it as well; I hope things turn around for you soon.
