C section poop!

I have not pooped in 7 days.  I have to I'm in so much pain. I have tried coffee,miralax,stool softners,the citrate drink,prunes.. all of it.. my hubby is going to get me a enima right now.. praying I go. . Idk what else to do. My doctor is aware of this but told me to drink the mag. Citrate..has this happened to others for this long??

    I had this problem really bad after my first c section. I would try a suppository first before an enema. 45 min after the suppository I was a whole new woman, this time all I needed was prune and milk of magnesia.

    I had to use an enema after DS is was messy but did the trick without pain and immediate relief. Good luck!

    Well enima was a no go as well.. but I went finally and it was brutal. One of the worse experiences of my life!

    I'm glad you went! My first c section BM was definitely an experience I never want to repeat.
