Separation anxiety tips?

My baby girl is 8.5 months old and when we leave her with anyone else (even people she loves when we are around,  grandparents, aunts, etc) she cries the entire time we are gone. Usually 2-3 hours. We don't go out that often but abandoning date night all together sounds depressing. Did anyone else's baby do this and when did it finally stop happening?

My baby did! He is a daycare baby, but when we left him anywhere but daycare or with Mommy and Daddy he would cry the whole time. Recently my sister had to watch him and he did much better. He just kind of grew out of it. He is 8 months.
