Stinky breath?

my son has stinky breath. Anyone else? Im worried he could have something. My mil has bad breath and kisses him all over when she sees him. We went to dentist last week fot his first check up. He said baby was great but forgot to bring up stinky breath

You can cal your dentist and ask, I he is eating foods it's probably that, also have you started brushing his teeth?

Do you brush his teeth? My ped told me to brush twice a day, once with a rice-sized blob of toothpaste and just let him swallow it (we don't have flouride in our water, so this sort of replaces that).

LO is the same. I'll notice that his breath is particularly rank (even with brushing!) for a couple of days, and then I'll start to see some new little nubs in there.
