Beta testing: July 16-31

Hi everyone!  Thought I'd start a thread since I didn't see one for this time period.  We will be getting our beta results on July 21st after FET #2 so hoping for the best.  Please join if you're in the same period and we can cheer each other on! :)
Married to DH since 8/15
TTC since 5/15
PCOS, 35+, diagnosed with pre-diabetes
TI for 4 cycles: 1 round of femara; 2 rounds femara/ injectables: all ended in BFN. 
3 IUI Cycles: letrozole/Follistim with HCG Trigger,all resulted in BFN.
FET #1: Baseline appt 4/28/16, Gonal-F/Menopur stims, Centrotide 5/4/16, ER 5/11/16; 6/8/16 ET, BFN
FET #2: Baseline appt 6/22/16, Estrace/PIO shots: 7/12/16 ET, 1st beta 7/21/16: 83 BFP, 2nd beta 7/23/16: 315. 1st U/S: 8/4/16 empty sac.  2nd U/S: 8/10/16 yolk sac appeared, everything stopped growing. Office D&C: 8/11/16, MC.
FET #3: Baseline appt 12/28/16, Estrace/PIO shots: 1/17/17 ET, 1st beta 1/27/17: 146 BFP, 2nd beta 1/29/17: 336, 1st U/S: 2/16/17, 2 healthy twin babies measuring 7w0d.  EDD: 10/5/17

    I am so happy to see this thread! It makes me feel like my beta isn't that far away after all. My FET is scheduled on July 14th with my beta scheduled for July 25th. I can't wait!!! We are transferring 2 and are hoping they both stick.

    I'm fairly certain I will be in this group (was originally supposed to be having an FET on 06/30 with BETA on 07/13) but that has been pushed back to try and get my lining thicker. Fingers crossed I get to stay in this group!

    It is official. My transfer date is set for July 14th so my beta will be on July 25th!I can't wait to go through the TWW with you guys!

    My beta is scheduled for July 14! I haven't found a board for me yet, so if you don't mind, I'll just hang out here and continue looking! I am currently 5dp5dfet! Our first "embybro" transfer in 2014 was  fresh transfer and resulted in our 29month old son! FX for a sibling for DS and baby dust to all of you!

    Hello all! My name is Becky. My beta will be on July 19! I just had my best injectable cycle ever. Only 7 days long, did menopur and just gave myself the trigger shot! We will be doing TI since DH's sperm count is fine. I had a 19mm follicle, a 17.5mm, and a 17mm. My lining was 11! My estrogen was 590. My last cycle we triggered and did TI, but my biggest was only 17 and it ended in a BFN. I have hypothalamic amenorrhea, so I have been eating a lot more fats and exercising less.

    Looks like I'm sticking around! Frozen transfer scheduled for July 12 and beta will be either the 25th or 26th. Hoping I'll be busy enough during the TWW that it will fly by!!

    My transfer is 7/13, and my beta is scheduled for 7/23.  Do your clinics to a second test just a few days later?  I am supposed to go back on 7/25 for a second beta, if the first goes well.
    Me: Age 40  Husband: Age 41
    Chemo killed my ovaries (along with a BRCA1 mutation, which causes DOR)
    4/30/13 ER just prior to chemo: 8 embryos frozen at 2pn. 2 survived to blasts/1 PGS normal

    4/16 ER cancelled on CD7: 1 follicle on L/ 0 follicles on R
    FET #1  7/13/16  BFN

    Super shocker +HPT 9/19
    Baby Alyce arrived 5/8/17

    Went forward with donor eggs from my sister for baby #2
    ER 4/24, 5 eggs fertilized/1 survived to blast and was chromosomally normal.

    FET 2/15 (my sister/donor's birthday!).  Beta 10dp5dt:172; beta 12dp5dt: 425

    Welcome everyone!  It's good to have a few others in this TWW so we can commiserate together!

    @PNW12RN my clinic does a 2nd beta two days later as well if you get your BFP. They have to make sure the levels have increased in that period but can't remember by how much.

    @emgem819 probably because I am so anxious! I did last time, but the line was so so faint. Today i am 6-7dpo, so def not today. I used the 250 of ovidrel, so not sure how long it takes to leave the body.

    Hi everyone,

    My beta is on the 20th for my second IUI. I had two mature follicles and my lining was at 14. DH's post wash count was freaking 322 million. I know good numbers but I am still really scared. Obviously nothing is wrong with him. It sucks to be disappointed. I figure I will "know" if it took in the next couple of days. I realize that is silly but I shall be crazy with the SS until the 20th. It is good to know I probably won't be the only one!

    @Shopaholic42488 I'd say by 8dpo you'll be ok to test.  We did it last time then too and didn't get two lines but at least we were prepared when beta came!

    @emgem819 i am 8dpo today, 9 days past trigger. i am too nervous to test today. I keep going back and forth being nervous i might have more than one (I triggered with a 19 17.7 and 17 that could have grown more before i ovulated) and nervous it won't work at all. i have no symptoms at all except bloating from the progesterone supps.

    I'm 4dpt and this TWW is so not fun but I'm trying to not do a test until at least 8dpt.  Anyone else have symptoms?

    @emgem819 I am dying! I'm trying not to symptom spot but it's so hard!! DH doesn't want me to test before beta at all so I'm going to do my best. Thankfully we are fairly busy with baseball games and then dog sitting next weekend and weekend so hopefully that will keep my mind off of things! I have just been plain exhausted the last two days but I'm trying not to read into anything. 

    @sunflower5678 glad your retrieval went well! Hope you are able to relax over the next few days before your transfer! 

    @shopaholic42488 did you end up testing? FX for good news!

    Hi Ladies,
    Newbie here! I just had my first ET on 7/12 and will have my Beta on 7/23 but will ask if I can do it on 7/22 or sooner since my beta test falls on a Sat. Im so impatient and want to take a HPT but also dont want to lose hope if it shows up negative. Hoping we all get a BFP!!

    Hi everyone,

    I am 11 DPO and I caved this morning and tested. I felt out and I wanted to drink all of the coffee in the land. There is a very faint line. Not evap...but a very faint line. Soooo yeah...Maybe? I did not use FMU and it is on a Wondfo. I am on a medication that can result in a false positive but I have never gotten one before. Beta is on Wednesday and it cannot come soon enough!

    @mtpbadger I hear you--I'm so tired too all the time (DH was prepared but basically has to do more than usual lol) and sore bbs but I'm thinking it could totally be the progesterone so not to get too excited!  Ordered some frers today so plan to test Tuesday.  

    @Shopaholic42488 don't lose hope, fx that it's just too early and you'll get good news on the 19th.

    @AprilSB08 sounds like good news to me!  Hoping this is the real thing for you!

    @emgem819 my DH has been wonderful the last few days, thankfully! My bbs have started getting sore and I started having some random cramping on and off today. I have also randomly been feeling nauseated but I know it's way too early for that to happen and hope I'm not coming down with anything! I'm going to try and hold out and not test to beta but might go crazy!

    @shopaholic42488 Wednesday will be here before you know it! Fx for good news then!

    @aprilsb08 that is so exciting!!

    Good morning, 

    Another faint line but this time on a FRER at 12 DPO I am hoping it is not the trigger. We have been trying for 10 cycles and we know it is not him. I have the fun "unexplained" infertility. And I get to talk about how "old" I am. Grrrr...

    Wednesday seems really really far away but I think I am glad I tested early. It still might be the darn trigger and I am trying to not get to excited. You guys are great at being so supportive. 

    @Shopaholic42488 Fingers crossed for you too. It is really really early. That does not make Wednesday get any closer.

    It has been a while since I last posted. I just wanted to get an update out even though I am still waiting on more information. We had our transfer on Thursday. They transferred 2 embryos and the doctor said that everything went as expected. As we were driving away I realized that they never told us anything about our embryos - how they thawed, if they had to thaw more than just the first 2, the stage/quality of the embryos that they transferred etc.. I didn't want to post until I knew my stats. We finally got a hold of someone at the clinic on Friday who was able to tell us that they did not have to thaw any more embryos but that was it.

    I am going to try to call them again today to see if I can squeeze out a little more information.

    Anyways, my beta is on the 25th and I will not be testing beforehand.

    Did a HPT yesterday evening and got a BFN!  :( Not sure if I tested too early but pretty bummed. Called my Dr office to see if I can have my Beta test this Fri instead of Sat and they said yes. FX theres still a chance since yesterday was only 5dp3dt.

    @Steff_99 I would not count yourself out yet…I think you tested way too early! Fingers crossed for a BFP for you.

    @steff_99 I think it's too early! There is a chart I found that goes over the process of 3day and 5day transfer that has been helpful in me keeping my sanity! It won't let me input the chart but here's the link:

    @Steff_99 like @mtpbadger stated, the embryo doesn't start releasing HCG until about 7dpt in a 3dt. *TW* I waited until 9dp3dt to test with FRER to see my BFP to make sure there wasn't a false negative. Good luck :smile:
