I've posted my success with it in the thread about no-CIO training and in the thread about sleep training (long posts). I followed the idea but experimented with what would calm my son individually vs doing exactly what the book says.
I have it. Doesn't work on my LO. My main criticism is that it's a lot of ideas and things to try, but no specific "follow this plan" or "if X doesn't work, next step is Y." So while the ideas are solid and worth trying, they leave families like us in a bit of a "what now?" lurch when they don't work out. But I'm glad we tried them and could rule them out, before moving on to other options. It also has some good advice on realistic expectations.
