Nope. But I'm always interested in at least listening to natural suggestions (though I take and leave what I will).

I'm one of the Gabriela Rosa's patients and I could not be happier with her program. It is not about putting your feet back and relax. There is lots of amazing things she advised us to do and it transformed my life completely. She is doing another 14 day fertility challenge in a few weeks and I would highly recommend this challenge to anyone who is TTC right now. You will learn so much from her challenge and it will change your life. For sure it did change mine.

I've attempted it twice but never completed the whole challenge. however I have taken on some of the principles. while the challenge is free you will fork out a fair chunk of money, well I felt I did and I was a bit blindsided by it so I'm not complaining about the money I just wanted to pass on that info. It's worth signing up to the challenge as it's free and there is some great advice in there. My philosophy in terms of TTC is that I'll try anything that will help get me my little one.

Hi there,  I did the 14 day fertility challenge around 6 years ago? and then again 18 months later.  I find its one of the most information packed webinar/free health course out there.  (I recently did another free webinar and felt totally let down as there wasn't much I could apply, it was all about selling his products).  Each day there is a task to complete after your learning, so you learn, apply, share and build on it over 14 days.  For me, it was a life changer, in that I was on the TTC treadmill, going to FS and clinics and injenctions, scans, procedures etc.  So really, it depends on how much you read, how many videos you watch, how much you participate in what you get out of it.  Its not for you if you are looking for one silver bullet to fix everything in one hit, but it is there if you want to take control of your own health and be empowered to start owning your own journey.   (I should add, that from the challenge I did become a patient because I felt I had found someone who could pull the whole thing together for me and was also a coach, she made me believe we could get pregnant after all the years...and we did! but that was my choice and there was no pressure to do so).

ADRIANAC1982, I haven't done the 14 day challenge but I was one of Gabriela's patients. One thing I will tell you, is that there's not much lying back and relaxing unless it's making sure you get the recommended amount of sleep at night. The challenge is as it says it is, a "challenge" to get you into action to make serious lifestyle and mental changes in a short space of time. It aims to really inform you and put you back in charge of your fertility journey. After each challenge, the facebook page remains so participants an still access information and a support network of likeminded people.
