This is the first time in three weeks I've had time to menu plan and it feels goooood.
Monday: Leftovers from Father's Day dinner Tuesday: Creamy portobella chicken with rice and mixed vegetables Wednesday: Dinner at church- Salad and baked potato bar this week Thursday: Baked chicken and squash casserole Friday: Million dollar spaghetti, green beans, and a roll
Leftovers from our Father's Day bbq - ribs, loaded baked potato salad, corn/avocado/tomato salad Fish tacos Frittata with potatoes, bacon, red pepper, arugula and onion (I've never made this, but we had leftover potatoes to use...we'll see how it goes). Frozen supreme pizza & Caesar salad Spaghetti with marinara and turkey meatballs Turkey burgers with a side salad
All but one of these meals is a super easy, go to meal. We did enough cooking for the bbq!
@CopperBoom86 I just had to Google "million dollar spaghetti." I never thought spaghetti could be improved upon. Now I know I was wrong.
Oh, it's delicious! I actually don't really love regular spaghetti, but DH does, so the "million dollar" version is our compromise. We do a lightened up version of it with 1/3 of the fat cream cheese, light sour cream, and a fraction of the butter (the recipe calls for an entire stick ).
