6 months after to discover bleeding on scar

I'm wondering if anyone who has had a cesarean experienced - I want to say - a small hole on scar with minimal bleeding.
Its happening to me. I'll be going to urgent care tomorrow morning. The bleeding has stopped and now all I see is literally a small hole.
