Sibling to join Aliyah and Devin

Expecting my 3rd and keep its gender a surprise. Kids are biracial black/white. Want to honor their great grandfather or grandmother with a middle name of Norman or Sylvia. What do you think of the following? Mackenzie Sylvia Alexis Sylvia Kailyn Sylvia Kendall Sylvia Trinity Sylvia Haley Sylvia Xavier Norman Vincent Norman Zion Norman Jacob Norman Joshua Norman Shane Norman

Re: Sibling to join Aliyah and Devin

  • My girl vote is for Kendall Sylvia. Boy votes are Joshua Norman and Shane Norman. Congratulations, mama!
  • Alexis Sylvia and Joshua Norman are my two favorites.

I also love Sylvia as a first name (it was a top contender when I was pregnant with my daughter), for what it's worth, and like the sound of Sylvia Alexis even better than I like Alexis Sylvia, but both are nice.

  • Naf of any of your girl names but I think Sylvia sounds lovely as a first name and sounds nice with Aliyah and Devin.
Your boy names are nice. I like Joshua and Zion.

  • Thank you for all of the feedback. For those of you who don't like the girls names, can you think of any alternates that would work with the middle name Sylvia? I like shorter names that are slightly unique, but not difficult to pronounce. Thanks!

Honestly I'd use Sylvia as a first name.  With the exception of the made up kailyn, Sylvia is significantly less common than all the other names on your list.
