Baby Names

Lydia's Baby Sister

Hi friends!

We found out today that we are expecting our second daughter, which gives us the wonderful challenge of choosing another girl name! We have similar tastes in boy names (we love Wyatt and Samuel) but are polar opposite for girls.

Our first daughter is Lydia and to make the task more difficult, I'd love to continue our small family trend of no vowels for the first letter (Ben, Stephanie and Lydia - all of which are also 3 syllables, but that isn't necessarily on our wish list for the perfect name).

I Feel like I've read every name list and so far I only love "E" names my husband hates (Eden, Eve, Elodie, etc).

Will you wise ladies please help me out??

I actually love Violet (and DH likes it too!) but I really can't stand the nn "Vi" (like "hi"). How feasible is it to not call her that?
