Confusing baby measurements

My last LMP was in 1 March for certain. According to my calculation based on this i should be 14 weeks now. Both last appointments pointed that i was 2 weeks further on scan. Could i have had a Period in March while i fell pregnant in Feb? Or could the measurements be incorrect?

No, you can not have a period while you are pregnant. Do you know when you ovulated? Where you tracking your cycles. 

The farther along in your pregnancy, the less accurate growth measurement tend to be. When you are 6 weeks, the growth measurements tend to be pretty spot on. But then babies start to grow at their own rates. It could mean you will have a bigger baby or your baby could just be having a growth spurt. 

FWIW, I went to my 20 week AS and DS1 measured at 24 weeks.

You can't have a period while pregnant, but you could have had some spotting that was mistaken for a period.

Thank you for response. We had a MC at 13w3d last year. Since last year Jan i have been tracking my P and O accurately. Just thought it was odd being 2weeks further than my last lmp. This baby sure seems much bigger
