GTKY: What are you planning to use for pain management, if anything at all?

How many weeks are you? Size comparison? I'm now at 34 weeks and the baby is the size of a large bag of potato chips.

Doing anything baby related this week? OB visit/ NST yesterday as well as another NST and fluid check on Friday. Also installed car seat bases in both vehicles.

Rants/Raves/Symptoms? My fingers are so puffy and sore at night that it's excruciating to bend them. The fatigue from the first trimester is also back with a vengeance. I actually fell asleep sitting up yesterday watching tv.

GTKY: What are you planning to use for pain management, if anything at all? I'm planning to have an epidural.

Doing anything baby related this week? Finally painted the nursery, washed all of her clothes, and finished our childbirth class with the hospital tour.

Rants/Raves/Symptoms? Heartburn all the damn time. Drink water: heartburn. Eat pizza: heartburn. Doesn't matter what I have. Tums & pickle juice are my friends.

GTKY: What are you planning to use for pain management, if anything at all? Epidural for sure. Although having it thoroughly explained at our class was also pretty terrifying. Wish I could have stayed ignorant to that whole process!

Rants/Raves/Symptoms? Oh ya know tired, huge, and HOT!!  Southern summers are here with a vengeance and I am not appreciating it.  Today it's supposed to be 90% humidity high of 95 with a feel of 107.  I just can't even.

GTKY: What are you planning to use for pain management, if anything at all? We are hoping to go med-free. So pray for me! lol!

Doing anything baby related this week? I feel like everything is baby-related at this point. She has taken over my body completely. Ha. (No humor in that laugh.) At any rate, I have a weekly check-up today.

Rants/Raves/Symptoms? Everything hurts and I'm so uncomfortable. I'm angry all the time. I hate everyone lately.

GTKY: What are you planning to use for pain management, if anything at all? Breathing, mindfulness, water, massage, etc. If I cave and go with drugs, I'm going to do my best not to beat myself up over it. My two (three?) key words for this approach are "open-minded curiosity."
