Here's how it works:

1. Go to: https://www.kiinde.com/twist_pouch_product.php
2. Select "6oz" volume, and "40 Pack" package size on the left side of the page.
3. Add EXACTLY 4, by choosing "4" from the drop down menu next to "Select quantity".
4. Click "Add to cart".
