Poop Question (photo included)

At 4.5 months, have you ever seen this in poop? She is breastfed with slight formula supplement (4 oz per day). She does take iron and vitamin D. I called a nurse hotline and I have called her ped and will go in tomorrow. I am curious if anyone has been through this and what the outcome was.

We occasionally have green bits of poop in DS's diaper.  I don't think it's any to worry too much about.  It usually happens when he's been getting a bit more formula than usual

Had to look. Haven't seen that in our diapers here, EBF still. What did the nurses/ped say?

The color of the wet looking stuff and the curds looks normal to me. I haven't had anything like the darker blob. Interested to hear what the ped says.
