I totally had a bag of Cheetos for breakfast the other day because it was the only thing that sounded appealing. I've been eating a lot of cinnamon sugar toast too
Morning sickness has officially started and the only thing I've found that eases it is Hot Cheetos lol. Terrible for me, but oh the relief!
What about you, what settles your stomach? Anything?
I read this wrong and thought you said "hot cheerios" i was like..."ew." also very curious about these so called hot cheerios. Are they spicy? Or do you just take regular cheerios and heat them up. After re reading i realized ot was hot cheetos!!! My bad.
Im very fortunate to have very little to no nausea. Some days i have a little but it passes by late morning. Most days i have none. But when i do have it i find toast is my best cure. I crave fruit but it doesn't help the stomach.
Ive been eating carrots and celery with ranch or guac and just drinking more water, applejuice or gatorade than usual. I haven't had a super horrible bout of nausea yet though, just moderate, so I'm not sure how long this will help me.

@LCartee2016 yes to the potatoes! With DS I had at least once a day from 7-16 weeks because it was the only thing I knew wouldn't make me sick. I even brought a potato to a New Year's Eve party that year haha.
I've been lucky so far to not have morning sickness, but it didn't hit me with DS until 7 weeks so I'm anticipating some sort is sickness to appear shortly.
Ketchup chips...but there's a limit that I always tend to exceed then it no longer helps. I'm also I'm diclectin cuz I said eff this....only partially helping. Haven't actually thrown up yet tho. Starting week 9 tomorrow, let's hope this shiz eases up a bit soon
@nolemomma14 I actually bought little individual serving mashed potato cups to keep on hand because so far that's been the only thing to successfully settle my tummy when ms kicks in. I'm so thankful for the $1 cups at the grocery store! I usually prefer to just make my own, but I'd be going through a bag every few days at this pace!
I don't really understand why but hot carb-heavy food helps me over room temperature or cold food. Pizza, spaghetti, ravioli, macaroni and cheese. Rice cakes are also pretty good--they're so bland that it's hard to get sick from them.
Ginger also helps, but I've noticed if I skip eating and just drink or eat ginger, it doesn't help at all.

I thought the same thing when I first read it. LOL.
The only thing that remotely sounds appealing to me right now is milk. Just a little back story though, I'm lactose intolerant. Except when I'm pregnant. I don't know why or how but I can drink as much as I want and not feel the effects. As soon as baby is born, bam I get rumbling tummy and stuck in the bathroom.
If I don't eat as soon as I feel hungry, I get nausea. And I can't just eat carbs, I also need protein to maintain my hunger. I was a little underweight when I got pregnant this time so I think my body is needing the extra calories as often as I can get them. Pumping from the last pregnancy made me drop so much weight. It was stressful and strenous but it did help me lose the baby weight.

Potato chips are a pretty safe one.
Cinnamon toast now sounds good...that may be my breakfast tomorrow, or my evening snack!
