34 week baby girl diagnosed with fetal pyelectasis in the 96th percentile

Hello all! 

I am looking for some experiences from other momma's with baby girls that were diagnosed with fetal pyelectasis. We have been keeping an eye on it since around 20 weeks but it has not resolved itself yet. I am able to find plenty of stories from momma's with baby boys, but very few with little girls. 

I am also trying to find some experiences with the condition AND the fact that she is in the 96th percentile for her size. I am scared that I am going to have a huge, swollen baby and its somehow my fault. 

This is my second pregnancy, but the first had zero complications and my baby girl was born healthy and ready to take on the world. This pregnancy has been riddled with nausea, numbness, and countless other ailments. 

So in short... if you have experienced fetal pyelectasis in your baby girl who happened to be a very large baby I would love to hear your experiences. I am trying not to worry too much but its hard considering this pregnancy has been so much more painful than my first.
