All the back door talk reminds me of my last BMB. Someone found a thread dedicated to this subject on another pregnancy website and shared it with us. It was highly informative and entertaining. (My favorite was one women giving step by step instructions then referring to her SO's penis as his "manhood" as though the word penis was just too dirty to say on a thread dedicated to anal.) However, from that time on, until I got my new computer, anytime I would type a website into my browser that started with 'baby' or the letter A, the web address listed by the thread title "Anal ", would pop up in my browser bar.

A couple tips: lube is essential (use plenty and reapply as needed; it can make or break the experience) and make sure not to rush things in the beginning (start slow and small, otherwise you may be in for a bad experience and never want to try again). You'll need to ease into it each time for a long while, most likely. Safety first!
There are special lubes that are thicker (they last longer and provide more "cushion") just for backdoor use (I prefer water-based, but there's lots of options), but you can use plain old KY.
If you're going to use them, condoms cause more friction and require more lube, but you have to be more careful in choosing your lube since many of the specialty ones are oil or silicone-based and may not be condom-friendly. Sliquid makes a good "booty" formula that's water-based and thick, but not gloopy.
