My 2 year old started sleeping horrible

hi moms,

i ised to to be part of the bump and now since I have issue this is where I wanted to get some advice.

as soon as my LO turned 2 she started sleeping bad. She would wake up at night and scream for us until we take her to our bed . Then 2 months passed and she started sleeping again. We went on vacation and then when we got back she got a cold and the sleep went down the drain again. This time she is asking us to sit with her while she falls asleep during her nap and at night and also wakes up every night . 

We we don't know what to do, anyone go through this ? What can you recommend ? 

I I also have a 11 month old , which makes it hard during nap time since they go to sleep at different time.

Yep. My first child went through this. I would just keep telling your LO that it's bedtime, you have to stay in your bed and only stay with her for a few minutes. If she freaks out and gets out of bed, put her back. Don't bring her to her bed if she wakes in the night, instead keep telling her she needs to stay in her own bed. It won't be easy and it will take 100% consistency but if you stick to your guns then she'll stop this behavior. She has to know you mean business. GL.
