 @mrsstuessy You are getting no hate from me, sorry you took it that way. I had no idea that is how it happened for you with #1. You were taking BC at the time and only missed one? That is definitely a legit reason to be shocked.

@PepperAT Sorry to just be a whiney whiner. Yes, it was at Christmas time and we were visiting family and driving all around. I had to double up a couple times in one week and then straight up forgot one. Apparently that was enough. I was 22, in college and the first word out of my mouth after the pink lines was f***. I quickly got over that though, thankfully.

@mrsstuessy wow I didn't know that either! And I was just observing that there seems to be an overwhelming amount of people who say they were shocked on the intro threads on the BMB's and I find it hard to believe that that many of them were so shocked, but your situation is definitely shocking! Definitely no hate here

@Schumerator No worries. I'm just glad you aren't charging me with pitchforks. I 100% agree with you about the ridiculous amount of surprise pregnancies on the BMB. Life is crazy, huh? You better believe we were all about those condoms for a couple years after that.

ok, super duper late the party. My FFFC apparently is that I am sad you all hate me because I was shocked I got pregnant. I mean, I guess I get it. I sort of hate those people now that I am TTC for #2. But, I literally missed one BC pill. So, it was a pretty legit surprise. Now, I do know those people who claim that baby #3 (why does it always seem to be #3?) was such a total surprise, and then I find out that they were having sex and not using BC. I mean, that is just NOT the same thing. I feel like those people give me a bad name. oh well. I am just sitting over here all butt hurt with my feelings out. Feel free to ignore. But, this was was a FFFC post. So, there is my confession. 

Same here! I know plenty of people with surprise #3 but DS was conceived the one time I forgot my BCP. The same week I fell off my horse, had spent 50% of the week on horseback working cattle and the other 50% in hospital due to suspected spinal fractures. I didn't think I had the time, energy or pain tolerance for sex that week lol
