How big is baby? Apricot

Appointments this week? none this week!

Symptom changes? Acne and constipation. 

Rant/Rave/Questions? Does anyone else take stool softeners and they're just no doing anything? I hope once I go off of this progesterone it'll get better but I need some relief!

GTKY: Which celebrity/figure do you look up to? Nada....Don't think there's any I truly view as a role model.

How far along are you? 12 weeks! Over the hump! Although I'll only feel better once I see the U/S or hear a heartbeat.

How big is baby? A plum

Appointments this week? Not this week, but next week is my first U/S (NT scan), AND first OB appt!! Can't.Wait.

Symptom changes? Possibly feeling worse, the gagging is increasing, the fatigue is still there. I'm going to try to change my diet/exercise and see if that helps.

Rant/Rave/Questions? Rave: I'm off all of next week, we are moving AND we have all those appointments, it's going to be the best week of my life!!

Sooo I go here now my EDD was changed due to my last 2 ultrasounds, so I've moved up from Dec 7 to Dec 1 (my birthdayyyy) and now my ticker changes on Thursdays... Hi Thursday people!

How far along are you? 12 weeks!

How big is baby? a macaroon, a toy soldier or a chicken nugget

Appointments this week? already had my NT scan Monday & things looked good, first OB appointment next wednesday

Symptom changes? nausea has gone away for the most part, some RLP going on today

Rant/Rave/Questions? I'm starving ALL the time but then when I have food I could care less

Appointments this week?  Nothing scheduled until June 2nd!  ☹️

Symptom changes?. Feeling pretty good!  My moodiness isn't as drastic and I'm still avoiding MS.  I do have serious RLP every time I sneeze though, that's fun.

Rant/Rave/Questions?    Rave:  My BF is taking me away for a relaxing long weekend!  So excited

GTKY: Which celebrity/figure do you look up to?  Leonardo DiCaprio for his environmental activism, plus I'm slightly obsessed with him so that makes it even better!

Appointments this week? Tomorrow at 8:45 am we will be heading to see our little baby! We will also find out what kind of genetic testing we need to have done for FI having his skin condition.

Symptom changes? I've been a lot more nauseous lately than usual, and I've also had a fair amount of acid reflux at night. Sneezing makes me feel like I've pulled a muscle in my tummy, which I'm chalking up to RLP.

How big is baby? A lime? I'm going with Key Lime. 

Appointments this week? This Weds is my NT. 

Symptom changes? Still feeling pretty much the same--not terrible/not great. My boobs hurt less, which is awesome! Last weekend was the first time I let DH touch them since my BFP. Whoops. 

Rant/Rave/Questions?I feel like a whiny hot mess of a broken record, but spotting is making me crazy. Seriously. I need to step away from the Google machine. 

GTKY: Which celebrity/figure do you look up to? Jimmy Carter. He's such an inspiration to match your talk to your actions and to hustle for social justice.

Symptom changes? Still feeling a little weird/nauseous when I wake up but it usually goes away once I drink some lemon water or tea and have some snacks like pretzels or yogurt. 

Rant/Rave/Questions? I think my acne may be subsiding finally, yay!

Appointments this week? Nope - not until 6/14, which seems super far away.

Symptom changes? Not really - still super tired, but slightly less constipated.

Rant/Rave/Questions? I told my bosses on Monday.  I've also told a few more friends.  It seems so weird that people know!

Baby is finally a strawberry

We have our panel visit on Tuesday the 24th! Praying we get an ultrasound or at least hear a heartbeat.

Still super tired and EXTREMELY emotional to the point of it's affecting my job. Still have bouts of nausea, with no puking (yay!) and the RLP is real. Good symptoms: my hair looks fantastic!

How far along are you?  12 weeks

How big is baby? a plum (ps does anyone think there sizes are odd?  Last week I was a lime.  Isn't a lime bigger than a plum?)

Appointments this week? Had my NT scan Monday.  Baby was bouncing around and the results were normal.  Should get the bloodwork back next week.

Symptom changes? They still come in waves.  Some days I'm energetic and fine and some I'm really dragging.  Still acne, reflux, hungry all the time, dizzy if I don't eat often enough.

Rant/Rave/Questions? Nope. Only other update is that we are probably finally going to tell our families next week if the test results come back ok.

GTKY: Which celebrity/figure do you look up to? I don't have anyone specific in mind but I just funded this awesome (I hope) Kickstarter project called Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls which has 100 stories of successful women in various fields.  I ordered 3 copies and want one for our future kids + 1 for each set of nieces/nephews.  I hope the find some awesome women to look up to.

Symptom changes? I'm pretty much over the nausea. Still having an aversion to geound beef, and still getting exhausted really easily.

Symptom changes? Boobs even MORE sore and getting bigger. Still tired and a little grumpy.

Appointments this week? Nope. Two more weeks until my official first appointment with the midwife.

Symptom changes? I feel like I've been feeling the fatigue more, but I'm not sure. Maybe I'm just being lazy and taking a lot of naps, ha. What little MS I had seems to have entirely disappeared, but sometimes certain food doesn't sound good to me, so maybe those are aversions? Meh.

Rant/Rave/Questions? None, really. It will be nice to start having actual appointments and feeling like this is real!

GTKY: Which celebrity/figure do you look up to? So many good choices here! J.Law is an obvious favorite, but I also love Amy Schumer and Tina Fey. And, um...Jesus? Haha.

Hi everyone sorry I'm not using the format - I almost forgot it was Thursday because we are moving and I've been cleaning and paining our new home for the last two days. Now I have to finish packing because the movers will be here at 7 a.m.!

Eta:  most of my post got deleted. Tired - glad to see you all are doing so well me and my strawberry will catch up next week.

I'm starting to think we're going to have to kibosh these analogies. FYI 21 weeks is the size of a banana, and 27 weeks is the size of a cucumber. Yeah, maybe if I was gestating a snake??
