Target registry not showing on Bump

Having a sprinkle soon (hosted by my DH's office) and put together a small registry at Target. They didn't ask where we were registered but thought it someone did a search on a main site that looks ups many stores it would pop up. But, it's not on TheBump when I look up my name. Anything I have to do to make it internet wide available if searched??
