Questions for babysitter/nanny/anyone you trust with your child

Pretty self explanatory .. I posted before I've never left LO with anyone but my mom and I'm really trying to get better and find someone I trust her with. I stay home so it would just be for date nights and if I had an appointment or wanted to go to the gym or something during the day. What kind of questions should I ask potential babysitters? What did you ask? Thanks

I asked if they were trained in infant CPR, their experience with children specifically babies. I asked how they would handle different situations. I interviewed a few people in person and just got a feel for their personality. I used care.com to find sitters. I actually scheduled 5 interviews and only 2 people showed up!
