Joe's Jeans anyone?

Has anyone every had this brand of jeans for maternity or otherwise?  Do you know how they fit in comparison to Mavi or The Gap?

  • My friend loves them (the regular ones not maternity). She said they run a little small. I'm not sure if it would be the same for the maternity ones though.
  • That's good they run a little small.  I just put a bid on a pair of size 28's and I'm usually a 26.   Now I hope I get them for cheap!
  • I dint know they make maternity, my mom and sister just have regular ones. They are really nice desinger jeans, I think that run about $100 or so

  • apeainthepod.com sells them along with some other designer maternity jeans.  They are actually having a sale right now, but shipping to Canada is ridiculously high.

  • I have a few pairs. I think they run pretty true to size but I wear the Petite Provacateur Joes so maybe the sizing is a little different.
  • I have a few pairs of non-maternity Joe's.  I think they all run big!  I always have to get a size smaller than usual.  They also are known to stretch A LOT, so maybe that's why I think they run big.  I like them, but they aren't my favorites.  I'd probably put the money towards 7 FAMK.  I have a pair of them and LOVE them. They are so comfy and flattering. I have the Dojo jeans.
  • I have a few non-maternity pairs....to me the run pretty true to size or a little small.  But they are stretchy which is nice.  Currently I am wearing mine with the button undone...haha!
  • I have a few non-maternity pairs and with those I've found they run just a bit bit if at all. I went yesterday and tried on some maternity jeans and the lady at the maternity store said that since I wear a 26 now that I should probably purchase the 28's if I wanted them to fit well throughout the hips thighs, etc as I get further along. I didn't end up buying the Joe's since I found a pair of Paige's that I LOVED but I hope the info helps.

  • I really like the ones I have (non maternity) so I would assume the maternity ones have a pretty similar fit.

I just bought some maternity 7's & love them!

I agree about the sizing. I feel like they stretch very quickly and lose their shape. They are very soft - but I just wish they held their shape a little better. As for the sizing, I would say they are pretty true to size. I have a pair of the Honeys and something else.

I have never purchased 7's (mainly because I could never fit into them!) but I have heard amazing things about them...comfortable and very flattering!

  • Thanks for the info!  There are other maternity jeans that I like, but everything that I like $100 +, these are for sale and way cheaper.... I can't really justify buying new stuff because I have a container full of mat. clothers in the basement, I'm just trying to sneak in a few inexpensive pieces that I like:)
