How are you feeling? Pretty good. Just a bunch of intermittent things like occasional heartburn (diet related), congestion and blood on the tissue when I blow my nose, and dry hands (the old wives tale is wrong for me).
Team green/pink/blue? What excites you most about your "team"? Pink! I'm excited that there will be one of each between my sister and I and 3 of each among the stepsisters.
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?) I had my A/S yesterday. Nothing seemed to come up, but I'll get official word from my dr later. I saw some of the various measurements and they had baby at 20 weeks 3-5 days. Baby measured at 13 oz and there were "girl parts" just like the NIPT said. I liked having that confirmation that I didn't hear my test results wrong I see my NP this afternoon for the 20 week appointment.
Rants/Raves/Questions: I ordered what I hope will be the rest of the maternity clothes that I'll need and I'm so excited for all of it to arrive. My wardrobe will still be pretty minimalist. I cleared out my drawers and closet and stored all the clothes that won't fit. I love how clutter free things are now. I'm also still singing the praises of the bravado dream tank! No, I don't work for them I wore one under a sleeveless tunic yesterday. It was nice going wire free and giving my one wire bra that fits a break.
GTKY: What was your first date with your DH/SO/DP? Did you know on that date that they were "the one"??
I met DH on match.com and did very minimal chatting with him before deciding to meet. I remember getting ready for our date in a hurry and thinking, "ah screw it. If this is going to turn into something he might as well see me the way I normally look." I also remember seeing a wedding dress in a store window as I was walking to the wine bar where we met. I just laughed at myself for noticing that and thinking it was a sign. I was always looking for signs. Our 1st date went well, but I didn't get any sort of feeling that he was "the one". I just knew that I'd go on a 2nd date with him.
I'm looking forward to hearing all of your 1st date stories
@createillumination I wondered the same thing! My bump app updated this week and it took a couple of tries for the software to take. I dunno! Anyway, glad to see the update!
How far along are you? 32w2d
How are you feeling? Good days and less than good days. Very tired, my energy comes in spurts. Also I have inflammation in my SI joint (sacro illiac right near my right bum) which occasionally makes trasitioning from sotting to standing and walking difficult. Thankfully, ice helps. Today, I am having a very emotional and tired day. I am at work and have already had a meltdown break because it is so damn hot in here. Down side to working with the elderly: they are perpetually cold so the heat is still cranking in this building wven though it is 75 and humid out. Bless you ladies who will be pregnant thru July and August!
Team green/pink/blue? What excites you most about your "team"? We're team pink. I think what excites me the most is I can't wait to see DH with her.
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?) I had a monthly appt on 5/10 and everything looked good. The OB wanted to check my Gall Bladder and Liver but my blood work came back normal! Next appt is 5/26 and after that I will go weekly until I have the baby! I can't believe we're closing in on the home stretch!
Rants/Raves/Questions: hmmm maybe it's the baby brain, but I can't really think of anything right now!
GTKY: What was your first date with your DH/SO/DP? Did you know on that date that they were "the one"??
Um... well, uh, I took my DH home with me the first night I met him. He just had this anima about him. He asked for my number the next day and I gave it to him and said, "I don't know why I am giving this to you, it's not like you are going to call me." HE DID! There wasn't a real "ah-ha" moment for me, it just seemed right.
@BernieRae pregsomnia had me up from 3am-4am and I knew I'd sleep in after that so I just did it at 3:30. Congrats on your scan!! And I am all for the bravado tanks, I have been wearing them since before I got KU! @lillebowski23 oh man I feel for you, when my grandpa was still with us and we would be at their apartment right on the ocean he always wanted the door closed and the temperature at a broiling 90F. We would have to wear scandalous skimpy outfits to cope.
How far along are you? 23 weeks
How are you feeling? Back to tired and napping this week. Sore hips from sleeping and trying to find ways around that!
Team green/pink/blue? What excites you most about your "team"? Team blue!! My generation in my family is all women, with just a few boys born as the youngest kids. We grew up as very empowered strong women and I think there is a reason why we are all having boys (only boys so far with all of the newest generation.) I think the world needs men who are brought up by women like us! I am also excited because everyone says boys are "easier" and the mother-son relationship is so special.
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?) No news by my uterus is growing! It is starting to creep up over the belly button landmark and I am having a harder and harder time bending at the waist!
Rants/Raves/Questions: Rave- I only have 2 more classes I am teaching at my yoga studio and then I am on "maternity leave." I love the students and other teachers at the studio, but it is horribly mismanaged and has been nothing but a headache to teach there for the year that I have been there. I am looking forward to being done with that chapter in my life and hopefully finding places that I love teaching once baby is born and we are settled in.
GTKY: What was your first date with your DH/SO/DP? Did you know on that date that they were "the one"??
We met online and talked on the phone for a couple hours before meeting. His online photos were of him with fire engine red hair in a mohawk at burning man, and then with his normal brown hair and cut but with a full beard. I had no idea what would show up! I was knees deep in acupuncture school and at one of the busiest times so I kept giving him the brush off but we ended up making time to meet. We met at a wine bar/restaurant where you pick out your own bottle and they cork it for you. It went well and we talked for hours and had 2 bottles of wine (I drank a half a bottle and he had the rest, we were both much bigger drinkers when we first met.) I felt too tipsy to drive the 5min to my house so he drove me home!!! We kissed at my front door and the rest is history. Funny tidbit- I went to a "psychic" the day I met him and the guy said to me that I would meet someone who just wouldn't go away, and that's kinda what it was like. I liked him and all, but over time we just fell into place with each other and it felt right. For a long time we went back to the wine bar every year for our anniversary, but now we can't even make it through a bottle of wine between the 2 of us. This november we will have been together for 10 years!!
How are you feeling? I'm feeling good! Definitely getting winded more often, struggling with the bending at the waist bit, and having pretty regular insomnia from 1:30-4:30am. But at least school is done (until summer session starts), so that's a relief!
Team green/pink/blue? What excites you most about your "team"? Team pink! I'm excited that we'll have one of each. I'd love to keep having kids, but the reality is that, at 41 (and DH at 44), probably we're winding down. So, I'm really grateful that I'll get to experience both a son and a daughter. Though I think having two sons (or two daughters) would obviously be super special too--the bond between same-sex siblings is amazing. Also, I am NOT a pink girl or girly girl. But I KEEP BUYING PINK! It's like I don't even know who I am anymore. Haha.
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?) Updated on my repeat A/S earlier this week. It feels like an eternity ago. But I'm still so relieved that we had better news this time. I'm excited for my next OB appointment a week from Monday--hoping we can talk about scheduling the RCS and also get her take on the news from our second A/S. And then, just two weeks after that, I'll get to see baby girl again!
Rants/Raves/Questions: I'm coming around to the idea of a little trip with DH and LO. I think I figured out a plan where we can leave at naptime and get to our destination in about 5 hours. Then, we can leave again at nap time the next day and travel for another 3 hours to another destination. Then we can book it home on the interstate later in the week. I also chatted about the insomnia in the hotel room with a new friend--a local mama who has a son my son's age and is due with a daughter just 2 months before I am--and she suggested an iPad and headphones for wakeful time. Genius.
GTKY: What was your first date with your DH/SO/DP? Did you know on that date that they were "the one"??
We met online too. We met downtown and went to an art festival. I was determined I wasn't going to get in the car with him since I didn't *really* know him yet, but one look at his smile and I hopped in and off we went to get some dinner. We ended up coming back downtown and getting coffee and chatting for a long time. He came to my place to grill out just a couple of days later for our second date. We disagreed about politics (still do), but we still liked being around each other. That's actually when I knew this whole thing had potential. If we could be pretty different people in a lot of ways and still want to be around each other, I figured it had some staying power. That all sound so romantic, haha. But, here we are, 5 years later, with one kiddo and one on the way!
I'm obsessed with 'how you met' stories!! It's usually one of the first questions I ask friends or people. I also love that a couple of you met your others online, I tried online dating off and on for 10 years, every website, some nightmare dates, many actually, that entertained my friends, had a couple great relationships too. By the time I was 34 and single I started dating another guy, who was 'nice enough,' and sort of figured I'd just end up with nice enough. Thank heavens I got out. I'm doing this in reverse order I guess! I actually met my hubs in a neighborhood bar on a Sunday, when I was 29, he was 22, my friend liked his friend so I took one for the team and chatted with B. That lasted about 3 weeks as he had just graduated college, and was a hot mess. We were in different places in life. Fast forward 5 years, I quit my job and was starting a new one in Boston where I could take public transportation, the bus from my neighborhood got me to work in 10 minutes. The first day I saw B on the bus, still cute, but no one talks on the bus, everyone is attractive and would be listening to any awkward conversation. Over the next few months I saw him a few times and wondered if he got his shit together, and figured out he lived a few blocks from me from his bus stop, and also worked on my block downtown, hoping to 'run' into him one time but never happened. I sound like a total stalker! So after 3 months I needed someone to go to a Kenny chesney concert with me, an ex got me tix, and everyone in my life hates country. So I facebook messaged B, he couldn't go to the concert, but we met up fo drinks. On that date, he told me he had quit his finance job, was moving home for 4 months (still in Ma), and joined the army....weh weh. So I figured we'd have a fun couple months and that would be that, here we are almost 5 years later, 3 different states and almost 2 kids! So after all those online dates I met my husband on the #9 bus:)
35+4 weeks
im definitely having my off days, 2 bad ones this week, zero energy, zero sleep, lots of aches and pains, and being super impatient with my toddler, poor guy:(
team pink!!! We have a boy, I was reealllllly hoping for a girl!
Weekly US today at 4, praying the office wait is less then an hour. On Tuesday I walked in and overheard the receptionist saying they were running 45 minutes behind. Smoke immediately came out my ears. I went to the bathroom and saw my dr. In her office, pretty much stalked her and she did my non stress test herself, I was out in 20 minutes. She was as pissed as me, she needs out of that practice. on a happier note, I went strawberry picking this morning with my son, never been, sooo fun! And the strawberries are melt in your mouth, amazing!
How are you feeling? So-so. I'm pretty exhausted ALL the time but the headaches and nausea that I had last week seem to have improved a bit. I think baby is dropping because my heartburn/nausea is getting better while the hip pain and pelvic pressure are getting worse.
Team green/pink/blue? What excites you most about your "team"? Team blue! Maybe I'm naive but I'm a big fan of battling gender stereotypes and I'd like to think I'm the type who would raise my sons and daughters the same way, so I don't have any preconceived ideas about what having a boy will be like and hence don't really have any specific excitement about my team. My gut tells me he won't be a stereotypical boy so it won't matter anyway. My family is excited though. This will be my parents' first grandson (my sister has two daughters) and the first boy cousin for my nieces (my brother-in-law's sisters both have 2 girls too). Just providing a bit of variety! Oh, and I'm happy that I won't be receiving tons of frilly floral pink stuff as gifts - it's just not my style.
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?) No appointments this week. I have one next Friday, then weekly for the remainder of the pregnancy. My blood pressure is mildly elevated but has been stable, which I'm thankful for. No immediate signs of pre-eclampsia or anything that would lead to an early delivery, which I had been worried about last week.
Rants/Raves/Questions: Just counting down, doing last-minute things. Yesterday we put together our pack-n-play, and I washed all of the baby clothes. Life is a bit chaotic right now because I'm also simultaneously swamped at work AND actively house-hunting. There is a shit-ton (both personal and professional) that really should get done before this LO arrives, but I've kind of come to peace with the fact that I'm just doing my best and things will work out. At this point it's not entirely in my hands anymore...
GTKY: What was your first date with your DH/SO/DP? Did you know on that date that they were "the one"?? Awww, I like this question! DH and I just celebrated the 4th anniversary of our 1st date, which was at a local BBQ restaurant. We've gone back to the same place every year since. We also met online. We were both in our mid-to-late 30s, shy, and had never really been in a serious relationship. I was still very new to online dating, but DH had basically made a second career out of it! We were both so nervous we barely ate any dinner but the date still lasted 6 hours, which was immediately telling. After dinner we went to another place for drinks and dessert and DH always comments on the fact that I ate directly off his plate (it was cheesecake) and he knew at that moment that I was extremely comfortable with him. In retrospect I realize that was unusual because I was very guarded. I think DH knew I was "the one" very early on, possibly even on that first date. He was joking that he would marry me by our 3rd date, but I knew he wasn't joking. It took me a little while longer to let my guard down, but eventually I did and the rest is history.
Me: 40 DH: 43 Married 5/30/15 TTC #1 June 2015 BFP #1 9/28/15, EDD 6/10/16. DS born 5/23/16! TTC #2 May 2017 BFP #2 m/c 11/18/17 5w5d BFP #3 12/17/17 EDD 8/25/18. It's a boy!
I love reading everyone's how they met and knew they were the one stories!!!
How far along are you? 19w5d How are you feeling? Pregnancy wise, okay. Have had a few bad days this week. Glad for it to be a new week soon.
Team green/pink/blue? What excites you most about your "team"? Blue - Dinosaurs and pirates! Although if I had a girl, she'd totally be rocking dinosaurs and pirates, too.
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?) I have my anatomy scan on Monday. I cannot wait to see little Bojangles again. It's been a very long time.
Rants/Raves/Questions: I realized how crazy some mom groups can be, and I hope I connect with some local moms eventually.
GTKY: What was your first date with your DH/SO/DP? Did you know on that date that they were "the one"?? My husband and I met online (Second Life), so I guess our first date was when I went to Scotland and rented a cottage for the week. He made me a thanksgiving dinner a few nights in as I was missing the holiday at home. We just connected, even though we are 10 years apart. I guess having married my exH more for security and it being "the right thing to do", I guess the second time around I wanted to be married to someone I loved, connected with, and was my match.
@Piperella I love your dinosaur and pirate comment Also, I've been stalking 6 different parent/mom groups on FB for the past few months because we're house-hunting so I'm trying to learn about how kid-friendly areas are, info on schools, etc. But OMG the CRAZY IS OUT THERE EVERYWHERE!!!
Me: 40 DH: 43 Married 5/30/15 TTC #1 June 2015 BFP #1 9/28/15, EDD 6/10/16. DS born 5/23/16! TTC #2 May 2017 BFP #2 m/c 11/18/17 5w5d BFP #3 12/17/17 EDD 8/25/18. It's a boy!
How are you feeling? Physically I'm feeling well, but a little stressed as the rest of May is just crazy
Team green/pink/blue? What excites you most about your "team"? Team green. I loved the anticipation and surprise of finding out DS was a boy by spreading his legs seconds after giving birth. I'm pretty anti frilly/pink stuff, too, so a definite bonus is that if this is a girl, I won't be getting frilly gifts (at least not until after the birth). It's also really fun to get to pick out both boy and girl names!
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?) Had a regular MW appt earlier this week and everything looks good. I'm measuring 3 weeks ahead, which is not surprising with the bit jumps in weight I've had the past few visits. MW's not worried about it at all, and this is exactly what happened with my 1st pregnancy. Gained a ton of weight an was measuring big through the 2nd tri, then everything leveled off in 3rd tri and I ended up with a 5lb 12oz baby at 36w6d. Scheduled a follow up u/s at 32 weeks to check in on the brain cyst; seems forever away, but it'll be nice to get one more look at LO before the big day.
Rants/Raves/Questions: Lots of travel and work craziness this month and it's definitely taking its toll on me!
GTKY: What was your first date with your DH/SO/DP? Did you know on that date that they were "the one"?? I met my DP when we were peace corps volunteers in Morocco. I was 22 and he was 23 and I was totally done with men after a bad college relationship. DP charmed me, and we "hooked up" (makes me feel old even saying that). Then I found out he was messing around with another volunteer that was kind of a chicken head, so told him off. He was super sad and sulky and pleaded, but I couldn't deal with any more boy drama. I went back to my tiny little village in the Sahara and to this day I still don't know why, but something compelled me to trek the mile to the "teleboutique" and call him a few days later. Then I completely surprised myself when I spontaneously invited him to come with me on a cross country trip to meet up with some friends. He joked that he was afraid I was going to take him into a back alley and beat him up, but he agreed and a couple days later, we got on a chicken bus for 8+ hours together and he basically told me his entire life story along the way. He was just super sincere, we had great conversation and the same sense of humor/sarcasm and just instantly clicked. We were pretty much inseparable from then on. We met at a time when bathing was rare, leg and pit hair was full out and I had multiple stomach bugs/parasites. I figured it was a good sign that he fell in love with me when I was physically at my worst! Anyway, here we are almost 15 years later and he still makes me laugh like none other. I think dating/love is such dumb luck in so many way, and I just thank my lucky stars every day that our paths crossed when they did. In many ways because we met so young, we've sort of "grown up" together which means we have the same values and act as a team in parenting, housekeeping, etc. Thanks for this question, @createillumination, it gave me a nice opportunity to reflect on how wonderful our relationship is!
Aweeeee you guys are all the best! It would be so cool to meet and you and your SO's in person someday (not in an creepy internet way-promise;) love these stories. Happy Friday!!
How are you feeling? Tired, weighed down and my feet are starting to swell
What excites you most about your "team"? Team pink - I'm excited that baby girl and I will probably have a lot in common. If we manage to have another child, though, I would love for it to be a boy. I want to experience both, and I'd love to see what my husband's son would look like, and DH wanted a boy, so I'd love for him to get one.
Any baby news? Yes! At my appt on Wednesday, they did a 3D u/s! (see below) I wasn't expecting it. It was a normal u/s screen and then suddenly it went 3D. So cool. And baby girl weighs 2lb, 12oz. She's in the 73rd percentile for weight. The dr estimates she'll be around 8.5 lbs at 40 weeks.
Rants/Raves/Questions: Work has been rough for three weeks. I think the worst is over and my schedule should be normal again next week.
GTKY: I was at a bar and a friend of mine ran into the property manager of her condo. He ended up hanging out with us and our friends and coming back with us to her place after. I got a little crush on him and wanted to see him again so bad! Magically, we ran into him again the following weekend and he asked if I wouldn't mind driving him home because he rode his bike to the bar. When we got to his place, he asked if I wanted to come up for a little bit. I figured we'd talk a while and if it went well, he might ask for my number. As soon as we sat down, he kissed me. He thinks it's hilarious that I didn't know that was coming. In hindsight, I suppose I was a bit naive.

How are you feeling? Impatient yet nervous about the impending labor and birth. I'm going to try to avoid pain meds this time so I'm trying to prepare myself mentally for all of the unknowns. Physically, I'm holding up really well. I have constant contractions every evening while walking but they always fizzle out when I get into bed...very frustrating!
Team green/pink/blue? What excites you most about your "team"? Pink!!! I can't wait for another daughter to dress up and play with. My son is awesome and we are very similar but there's nothing like buying pink ballerina outfits for my little girl. I feel so lucky to have one of each plus a bonus baby girl!
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?) I have an appointment Tuesday so the OB will strip my membranes and then schedule an induction for later in the week (hoping for Wednesday, May 18th which is my brother's birthday). I also have my last weekly NST Tuesday night.
Rants/Raves/Questions: I'm a tad anxious that I'm still not dilating past 1cm...I will be crushed if all of these contractions are for nothing.
GTKY: What was your first date with your DH/SO/DP? Did you know on that date that they were "the one"?? Our first date was on Thanksgiving night 2006. We went to his house to watch a movie (World Trade Center?!?) and since it was an hours drive I ended up staying over. We stayed up chastely talking and laughing until we both dozed off. I had no idea at that point that we would end up together with three kids but I'm so glad it worked out!!
I've been a little MIA lately - between my L&D adventure last week and now having strep throat and bronchitis, I'm about ready to throw in the towel. Oh, and over the weekend, I couldn't get on the Bump anyway.
How far along are you? 25 weeks today!
How are you feeling? Besides being sick, I'm feeling okay pregnancy wise. Just tired, as usual. My heartburn is SO much better with the medication my OB prescribed.
Team green/pink/blue? What excites you most about your "team"? I'm team pink AND blue. I think this is the best possible scenario. My daughter gets a sister, my hubby gets a son. Hopefully they won't be super competitive with each other. I'm just very happy. But I would have been if they were both boys or both girls too.
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?) I see my OB with a quick ultrasound next Monday. When I was in L&D, I found out I was anemic, so I'm guessing I'll be having my hemoglobin checked in the next few weeks and then have to start Iron. I've been seriously constipated this whole pregnancy except for two bouts of diarrhea, so I'm not looking forward to starting iron. I'll probably start colace daily at that point.
Rants/Raves/Questions: Just seems unbelievable to me that I NEVER had strep throat in my whole life until after I turned 40 and now I've had it three times in a little over a year. I'm wondering if I'm colonized with it or something. I joked with the doc I saw this morning that I'll probably be getting my tonsils out at 42!! She said it happens. UGH!
GTKY: What was your first date with your DH/SO/DP? Did you know on that date that they were "the one"?? I also met my hubby online (Plenty of Fish). We had wine on the patio at a local bar/restaurant. We go there every now and then to reminisce. I don't think I knew he was the one on the first date, but I remember going to the bathroom and thinking "Wow, I actually want to see him again!" which wasn't something I'd thought in the last probably 10 first dates I'd been on. I guess I should have known that meant something. We dated for 6 months and then got engaged, married 7 months after that. We've been together 5 years this month and A LOT has changed - married, house, one kid and two more on the way. CRAZY!

@emsmama15, try a fiber supplement for the constipation. It has kept my system working through this pregnancy. And I'm taking iron.

@createillumination - no, thank goodness, she hasn't had strep. I had her tested because she was sick around when I had it last (in first tri), but it was negative. I have no idea where it's coming from. My friend (and also a NP) suggested I look into having my hubby and/or dog tested as a carrier. I remember my sister's dog ended up being a carrier when my nephew was little and had recurrent strep. Who the heck knows.
@CarrieandRoy - can you recommend your fiber supplement? This truly is the old lady pregnant board when I'm asking for a fiber supplement recommendation!! Just kidding.

@emsmama15 vitafusion fiber well gummies. They're soft and so tasty! I bought Phillips Fiber Good when they ran out because I was at a different store. They are hard, not tasty, and less effective for me. (Edited because I wrote the wrong brand of the one I just bought.)

I just realized I missed the whole weekly check-in last week. I read through it and want to congratulate @Sporty1216 on her good news!
And I saw that chloe97 introduced herself. I'm familiar with her from the PGAL board and thought I'd update you on her situation. Her first cell-free dna test gave no results and she was concerned about potential chromosomal abnormalities. She let us know on PGAL that it turned out to be triploidy and she's getting a d&c. Her pregnancy started out with extremely low hcg increases and the dr didn't think the pregnancy would be viable, then declared that everything was fine, so it was a rollercoaster for her the whole way.
The wife of a good friend of mine had to have a d&c last week, as well. They found out it was a MMC at 12 weeks when they were going in to have the genetic testing done. Seeing other people go through losses gives me some survivor's guilt now. I commiserated with so many people that had losses while I was trying to get--and stay--pregnant and now it feels different. I'm still one of them, having had losses, but I'm going to have a baby in 10 weeks. It's so much easier to say "I know what you're feeling" when you're not simultaneously feeling a baby kick. It's almost like consoling a friend after a break-up while holding your husband's hand. It feels inappropriate and insensitive.

@CarrieandRoy, though I've never had a loss, I can relate to the survivor's guilt because I feel the same way regarding people going through infertility. I was sitting in a meeting with two work friends who have consults coming up at my RE's office and one of my babies kicked really hard and the person next to me saw it. I was trying not to draw attention to it because I didn't want to be insensitive. So, I totally get it. But, on the other hand, we're in a unique position to offer both support AND hope for those going through what we've already been through, don't you think?

Re: Weekly Check In 5/13
How far along are you? 20 weeks 3 days
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?)
I had a monthly appt on 5/10 and everything looked good.
35+4 weeks
im definitely having my off days, 2 bad ones this week, zero energy, zero sleep, lots of aches and pains, and being super impatient with my toddler, poor guy:(
team pink!!!

How are you feeling?

39 weeks, 3 days
How are you feeling?
Impatient yet nervous about the impending labor and birth. I'm going to try to avoid pain meds this time so I'm trying to prepare myself mentally for all of the unknowns. Physically, I'm holding up really well. I have constant contractions every evening while walking but they always fizzle out when I get into bed...very frustrating!

Pink!!! I can't wait for another daughter to dress up and play with. My son is awesome and we are very similar but there's nothing like buying pink ballerina outfits for my little girl. I feel so lucky to have one of each plus a bonus baby girl!
Any baby news (tests results/scans/upcoming appointments?)
I have an appointment Tuesday so the OB will strip my membranes and then schedule an induction for later in the week (hoping for Wednesday, May 18th which is my brother's birthday). I also have my last weekly NST Tuesday night.
Rants/Raves/Questions:
I'm a tad anxious that I'm still not dilating past 1cm...I will be crushed if all of these contractions are for nothing.
CRAZY!
@emsmama15 man you can not catch a break this pregnancy! I'm sorry you are sick!! Has your LO been having strep? What a bummer:(

@CarrieandRoy - can you recommend your fiber supplement? This truly is the old lady pregnant board when I'm asking for a fiber supplement recommendation!! Just kidding.
