Try a yoga class Friday morning. I've tried a couple classes before, but I need to pick up a regular exercise routine again.

DH has been working nights for the last few weeks and he still is. It's messing up my sleeping and eating schedule also, plus it's awful not getting to see him for more than a couple hours a day.

Running, and no, I'm way too exhausted all the time, can't go more than a mile right now.

I'm not sure I have it in me to start working out yet (still constantly exhausted), but I want to be more active, at least doing more chores around the house.
Are there any challenges you're facing this week?
As mentioned above, the hormonal fatigue is dragging me down. This is also a week filled with parties, so my diet won't be great.
How did you do with your goals last week?
I minimally wanted to have a YouTube workout video selected, and I did that. I'm bummed I haven't had the will to do it yet.

I liked doing videos like "30 Day Shred" and other workouts that mixed cardio and mild weight training. After a couple months of inactivity, I'm going to leave those types of workouts behind. I'll be playing around with yoga (with a strength and flexibility focus) and lighter cardio from now on.

Are there any challenges you're facing this week? Blood sugar has been weird lately and sooooo tired.
How did you do with your goals last week? Did some squats, did some weights, super low impact stuff.
GTKY: What was your workout of choice prior to becoming pregnant? Are you still doing it? Running 5 miles and then weight training (usually about 2-3 hours at the gym). God no, I'd be dying.
BONUS Bumpie Challenge: Power Walk for at least 20 min, 3 sets of 10 Squats and stretch for 10 mins, 3 days this week. Challenge accepted, squats are my thing and I power walk at work.
