Thanks for the input ladies! Husband has decided he no longer likes Carter, so that is out.

Also, a close friend is naming their little boy (due before me) Braham, pronounced like Graham...unfortunately making me feel like they would be a little too close and confusing. Thoughts?

edit to add: We are now about 95% set on Elliot for twin B

Just need to pick which to pair with it.

Ha! I have no idea- that was a little before my time, I guess. Carter is out of the running anyway

I would probably vote for Owen then, I usually prefer when twins have different initials.

I think I'd probably avoid Graham unless you really love it. If it wasn't a close friend I'd probably use it. Elliot is a good choice and I like either Luca or Owen with it. I like Ethan too but don't love having two E names for twins.
