First u/s is in first tri? And unless you do anatomy scan (which sometimes you still can't tell), amnio or other blood tests/work, you won't know until baby's genitalia have formed fully, around 18-20 weeks. Theories are just that. Theories. Not proven science.
Its called the Ramzi theory. My friend had her 1st ultrasound in December and the woman said is 97% accurate that she is having a girl by where the placenta is. She had her 20 week ultrasound in may and it was a girl. Look it up its kinda interesting and crazy
No thanks, I've done my research on Ramzi theory and ill stick with science. Also, a lady in my BMB was told throughout her whole pregnancy that she was having a girl.... She's due in 5ish weeks and a late u/s has determined she's having a boy. So theory or u/s, there's no telling 100% until the kid comes out!
But it in all honesty, I'd stick to science and not the many many theories and gender calendars that are around.
I don't believe in any of the theories. I was just more curious of this one because I know multiple people who said it was accurate. I have 5 kids. Believe me I know even ultrasounds aren't always accurate.
Ramzi has a 50/50 chance of being right. The 50% of people who it was right for rave about how it's totally right, the 50% that it doesn't work for just brush it off as another one of those OWTs.
Depending on what type of u/s you get (transvaginal vs transabdominal), you have to flip the image which, IMO also completely voids the theory. If someone can say oh, your 50/50 guess was wrong because you didn't flip the sides, it's BS.
A mom on my BMB was told girl her whole pregnancy, guess what? She had a boy. I also have an old coworker who was thought to be a girl, yet he's a boy. Yes at the anatomy scan you can most likely figure out what you're having, but even then there's no guarantee until the baby is born.
My sonographer was able to tell we were having a boy at the 12 week scan. Of course at that time she said "don't put it in writing yet" since it's still really early. But here we are at 25 weeks, and we are having a boy! I think it was just a perfect angle and we had a really good sonographer. I thought it was pretty cool!
No they can't tell, my doctor asked if she could guess though and She thought girl, I thought boy.....we had DNA test done at 12 weeks and it was a girl. But it was just a guess, ultrasound proved nothing at 11 weeks for us.
Ultrasounds can pick up gender/sex usually during 20 week anatomical scan
This is medical definition, some of society have different views but I've never heard a doctor say well we can't tell you until he's old enough to tell us what they identify with. Lol biologically a baby's gender is determined shortly after conception during first trimester via God or nature.....which ever you believe.
Sex isn't just between their legs medically your wrong, overlies uterus prostates.....some important organs and gland. Not to mention hormones that determine behaviors i highly suggest an anatomy and physiology class. I'm not into confusing the truth of how we are born, especially when it's just because someone "says so" medically/ biologically you can't back up that statement. It is however a preference later to alter a persons natural state. But at birth your gender was predetermined in Uterus and sex and gender are the same thing, unless you have some medical factual evidence that science can back up.

Your post is very difficult to read, I highly suggest a grammar review course. With that said, I'm finding it hard to decipher your point. You're saying there is no difference between sex and gender?
Im pretty sure medically I don't have any overlies. Also, there are people born with both, so that nulls your narrow minded theory. Woman and men can also have a hormonal imbalance with either having too little or too much of one or the other. Ya know, basic science.
eta, my doctors say sex ultra sound not gender ultra sounds, sorry yours is still in the time period where they're burning women for being witches.
